Thank you! I will be moving back to Vienna in December for some time but I wanted to see if I could make a wishlist appointment for December beforehand. Do you think that will be possible or I must be present to ask for this?
As I have learned, and I split my time between Vienna and FFM, they are very particular with these kinds of things so if you are not an existing customer I believe it will be in person first.

I was there on Monday morning to view the new shop and to pick up an online order. had to wait a very long time outside. in the shop inside I also had to wait. Although I had the feeling that many SAs were available so when it was enough for me, I went by myself to a SA (assistant from Germany) and asked her to hand over my order. In addition, I asked for a possibility to put me on the wish list for B/K. She then referred me back to the lady at the reception who was overwhelmed to help me with the situation and to serve the waiting customers, in my opinion not very professional . Another SA who stood behind her then asked me to the side to check my profile. Then I was allowed to give her 3 possible dates for the wish announcement in November and on one of these dates someone would contact me. Today, Wednesday I received an email that said no appointment is possible, which confused me a little. On my inquiry, I was confirmed again that it is not possible to make an appointment in the next months..
its very frustrating…

Just sharing my experience as a tourist.
I went there at 10.15 on a weekday and the SA at reception informed me that I will have to wait around 20-30 minutes. Then asked me what I was looking for, I mentioned some baby gifts for my niece. The SA noted and asked for my name and tell me I can browse around and the SA will find me when they're ready.
I wandered around 3 floors but mostly the 3rd floor as it where the Fine Jewelry and Baby gifts department and less crowded.
The 2nd floor are men and women RTW, the 1st floor are silks and cosmetics and the entrance with people in and out waiting.
After 50 minutes waited, I asked the reception again, he told me to wait as there're a few people ahead of my que.
While browsing I saw someone got offer Bride-a-Brac, also A La Carte.
So, I waited almost 1.5 hours for the SA. My SA is from Frankfurt, they're helping running the opening for a few weeks.
I got the baby items I wanted and asked about the possibility to get any non-quota bags.
It's not possible, as the store just open and there're a lot of customers coming in both locals and tourists.102127-horz.jpg102320-horz.jpg102109-horz.jpg

OMG! I will be in Vienna next month but definitely will not wait 1.5 hrs for an SA!! I last shopped in Vienna in 2017 as a tourist also and purchased a silk and shoes. I am hoping to purchase baby items and some home items when in Vienna but… Hopefully things will be better in November!

Yep, Hope you don't have to wait that long.
I thought that I went there early (10.15, store open at 10.00!) and there're people earlier than me on weekday!

Also, the SA told me the account linked between Germany, Austria and Czechia. I can see my purchases last year in Germany.
