I am visiting Vienna and went to the Hermes store on Friday. The renovation is still in progress and there is a sign directing people to a pop-up store around the corner. Stock at the pop-up store seemed limited and the SA told me that they are moving "soon."
May be in Vienna soon. Has the new store opened

Okay makes sense! Is Germany via email or in person at the store?Since it is under the helm of the German management system I guess it will be the same as in Germany
Via E-mail but I guess if you have a good relationship with your SA also in person. I, for one, always email my SA directly but I am a long standing customer there.Okay makes sense! Is Germany via email or in person at the store?
Thank you! I will be moving back to Vienna in December for some time but I wanted to see if I could make a wishlist appointment for December beforehand. Do you think that will be possible or I must be present to ask for this?Via E-mail but I guess if you have a good relationship with your SA also in person.
