I am visiting Vienna and went to the Hermes store on Friday. The renovation is still in progress and there is a sign directing people to a pop-up store around the corner. Stock at the pop-up store seemed limited and the SA told me that they are moving "soon."

21.09 is supposedly the opening party for the new store

If you manage to get in. At 5:30 this afternoon even the queue outside was roped off. It looks spacious inside bigger than before.

Since it is under the helm of the German management system I guess it will be the same as in Germany

Via E-mail but I guess if you have a good relationship with your SA also in person. I, for one, always email my SA directly but I am a long standing customer there.

Thank you! I will be moving back to Vienna in December for some time but I wanted to see if I could make a wishlist appointment for December beforehand. Do you think that will be possible or I must be present to ask for this?
