Hi Lac0880,Thanks for the advice, they did respond today to both of my emails asking for pictures and saying they will pay for shipping if it was their merchant's fault but they have to investigate first. I'm hoping they will be able to solve this for me so I'm not forced get my credit card to charge it back. I will post updates as I don't want to ruin their reputation for simply being slow to reply but I just got a little worried when I realized they removed the listing on Monday but no one has responded to my email.
I just wanted to follow up and see if you had received any response yet from Italist's customer service? I want to make sure that they are getting back to you.
