Has anyone purchased from www.reebonz.com?

i just calculated my totals and it looks like i've spent over $15,000 with them since the first day. so far i haven't received any invitations to be "upgraded" i'm afraid.

Aw bummer! You should email their customer service to ask. As far as I know everytime you purchase, the money you've spent gets converted into points but the points expire every 3 or 6 months or something like that. But you totally should check with them.

Agree. I noticed these people have only 1 to 9 posts and just on this thread. Very suspicious. Maybe they are competitors of reebonz or those SAs who tell shoppers never to buy from reebonz (as maybe because they are losing business; that's the problem of the brand and their business tactic, not theirs!).

Anyway, I think most of those who has complaints about customer service are from Australia. Maybe there's something wrong there and reebonz should do their own investigations as their reputation, as you said, is being tarnished.
Also agree, just purchased a Saint Laurent SDJ from Reebonz Australia, great email communications, with super fast shipment, 100% authentic, beautifully packaged can't fault them, this is my second transaction with this company and I honestly would not hesitate to buy again because of the positive experiences that I have had.

Just my two cents on Reebonz.... I have purchased quite a few bags from them before, some preowned, some brand new. I wouldn't say that I am over the moon about their service (I am based in NZ, most of the sales here go through the Australia branch).

Bought a Chanel and a Mulberry pre-owned, a Prada, Celine, and Saint Laurent new. Most of them arrived with no big issue, I would say they were all good deals in terms of price. I've also bought and returned a pair of Valentino Rockstud heels, due to the fact that some of the studs were out of place and there were still some glue marks on the strap.

The return process took wayyyyy longer than the stated 7-10 business days. And being a solitaire member, they assigned me a customer service manager for my return. The communication during the entire return process were mostly one sided, with me chasing behind them to check the correct return procedure, whether the package arrive with the store, whether they needed my bank account details, and then again, when should I expect the refund to be paid.

I have to say, it does not mean much to be a solitaire member... I felt like I was chasing after a kid to do their homework. So now, almost 3 weeks after my initial contact to have the shoes returned, I am still *patiently* awaiting my refund.

My other horror stories when calling the customer service line includes one incident where the SA whined "oh my god" at me, when I was making an enquiry... and refusing to let me speak to the manager after that.

On another note, the Prada bag that I bought a couple years ago came with some minor scratches on the hardware (the luggage tag thingy) and the recent Saint Laurent chained wallet I got had a bit of leather coming off the corner. I am still quite annoyed at those flaws, but not enough to make me go through the long and painful return process again.

All I can say is, if you want a good price and simple shipping process with duties paid ahead, they've got that down. But if you are going for customer service, and 100% flawless product, look elsewhere.

So if anyone has a recommendation for another website that ships with duties pre-paid, and does good discounts, please do let me know. I am looking for a better place to spend my hard earned money.

Maybe because I'm based in SG so my return process is quite different from yours. I returned twice & both times were prompt and smooth. In terms of condition of items, so far my items are in good condition with some in perfect while a minority came with very slight insignificant flaws.

I would like to share my return experience too. I've returned twice with reebonz Aus, the first time was prompt and fuss free. The second time took a little longer due to the finance department.

I returned a Prada handbag because I changed my mind after seeing the colour in person. I sent it via signature service so I knew when it arrived in their warehouse. The returns was approved after 5 days of arriving however, the refund of the payment took so long.

After about 2 or 3 weeks, I email reebonz and got a rep called sherry who helped me. I got her mobile number and spoke to her several times before we worked out that it was a problem with the finance department. She sorted it out and i was refunded promptly after she intervened. I even had a few hundred dollars of credit on my account randomly credited afterwards - about $150. No one mentioned it was an apology or anything, but it said credit from that purchase. Which was great because I got a small discount on top the discount code on my next purchase.

Overall - I am happy with their service, I've only ever had relatively fresh stock with no faults so I have been lucky in that way. Although, I choose not to purchase anything that is last sale and non-refundable. The one exception is when I got my balenciaga ME envelope clutch, the hardware was slightly scratched so they offered me 10% refund - which was promptly again refunded to my account.

I will add though that the "concierge" phone service is rubbish. The reps are rude and don't care. They keep directing you to email instead. So I've stopped trying and just email now - it saves me the grief and they do action what you ask them without much prompting.

I bought quite a few bags and shoes from Reebonz SG and I've had pretty good opinion in general. I'm sure one of the bags i received had been "rejects/refunded" item... got a minor scratch inside the bag...but they asked if they offer me discount in the form of credits, would I like to keep it ? So yes... I figured the inside of the bag will get scratches sooner or later when I start using... and that bit of credit does make make me feel better.
And I also asked before about Black membership.... by invitation only... 😐. And each day, the new categories get refreshed at 10am to public.... solitaire gets to see and buy at 945am, black at 930am. There are some days when sales are so ridiculous..... selling at 10% of the price....YES! a $1000 bag selling at $100 for example, sometimes even less..... so the black members snap those wonderful deals at 930... at 945 when I finally could get in, GONE! Anyways.... for certain brands that I see regularly on Reebonz, now I'll never get from the boutique...

Yea possibly, but used fast tracked courier to have the item returned. The package was sent on Thursday 12 May, and arrived on the following Monday. Up until today, I still haven't receive the refund. I shop online quite a bit, mainly because I prefer to buy from certain brands that are not available in New Zealand. I would have to say the service that Reebonz provided pales in comparison with other retailers, even some cheap one off Aliexpress. I am not trying to be harsh but at least other customer service reps (from online stores that I only spent $2 on) don't whine back at me, or drag on my refund for an entire month for no good reason. Anyhow, I just think regardless of the customer's location, this kind of service is simply unacceptable.

Agree that I would be the same frustrated as you when faced with such situation. Hope you'll get your refund soon! [emoji256]

Location shouldn't be an excuse too since it's under the same brand and the company should ensure the same level of service if they want to venture overseas. Is there any way you can send an email to the head office or higher management so that someone in a better position can handle your case? And it's not just case specific, but rather the luck of good customer service which is so important to every consumer.

I'm living in Malaysia and thinking of buying bal from reebonz. After seeing the negative remarks about the scratches on their bags and return issues I don't feel comfortable buying from them.

If you don't mind paying full price I recommend using a personal shopper, you can try catzrulz or luxe_portal on instagram. They are based in Malaysia. I've used their services before and so far they are both great. But since they are sourcing from the stores, the prices tend to be full retail price.

Oh no sorry to hear that you had a horrible experience with them!! That wouldve driven me nuts!! Ive been eyeing on their Saint Laurent chain wallets, and my rockstuds ive bought from them are luckily all good. I did have to contact them to follow up an order, and honestly it wasnt the best or most pleasant experience. Theyre also not that flexible.
The reason i tend to look on their site is my painful experience of paying duties when shopping at Farfetch (and it was a big purchase >< )
Living in nz means theres no easy access to luxury brands, admittedly.
Theres a david jones (from Australia) thats going to open in wellington in place of the local kirk caldies department store. Rumour has it that since DJ has valentino and saint laurent in Australia they may be available here! Although im unsure how much tax will be added on top of the price. Rockstud's prices in AUD arent that bad compared to Reebonz.

Anyway i hope you get your refund very soon!! I would escalate it all the way. Theres a girl Elle Ha who manages their australia's facebook who was pretty good at responding to my enquiries.
