i have bought a few Balenciaga items from Reebonz Singapore, i bought mostly brand new and only one pre-owned in amazing condition. All transactions were smooth and hassle-free, DHL shipping and impeccable package add to the most positive experience.
I've bought and sold on Reebonz multiple times and not had any issues so far. My most recent purchase was a pre-loved Balenciaga part time. One day after paying for the item a Reebonz rep called me to alert me that the packing team discovered that one of the zipper pulls on the bag was detached. They asked if I still wanted the item, else they'd cancel it. I did appreciate them alerting me on the issue and I decided to proceed with delivery. However, we both agreed to document the whole thing through an email exchange. This was in case I wanted to do a sell back to Reebonz - that they'd know I received the bag with a detached zipper pull. Overall I found the whole exchange to be quite transparent and fair. But after reading through some of the horror stories here I realise I may be just one of the lucky ones who has not had a bad experience so far!
I’ve also purchased from Reebonz Singapore several times - brand new and preowned. I’ve also used their Closets service as a buyer and seller. Overall good experiences and I find them professional. I remembered once I purchased a Tods bag and they called me to inform of some scratches on the inside magnetic lock after their inspection. Apparently they do an inspection check before sending out the bag..... and they asked if I would still want the bag in that condition and if yes, they offered a further discount. I accepted the bag and discount and when the bag arrived, the scratches were really minor (I wouldn’t have noticed really if they didn’t inform me). Anyway I was glad that they were upfront and transparent so it did leave a good impression of their service. Having said this, my experience with them are only for handbags. I cannot comment on the luxury watches or jewelery that are also being sold.
