Reebonz guarantees the authenticity of the bags as all of them are supposedly authenticated by their ateliers upon collection. If you don't feel secure, see if you can another source of authentication as a double assurance?

I see. It's good to hear that they do check first before finalizing the sale with you. Looks like they are very careful wit their reputation. Though of course, what would be better is that they also authenticate before posting to avoid buyers' heartbreak...

So I received my trio from reebonz today and sadly this bag does not look good on me. I thought I could pull off a small sling bag however it just looks too tiny on my frame 
I'm so sad because I have lusted after this bag for such a long time. Anyways I'm returning back to Reebonz and hopefully the returns process is smooth. I wish you could generate the returns authorisation number rather than contacting them and waiting for a response as I want to post it back asap.
I will say that it took super quick to get delivered as I ordered it on Monday and it came today. Also the packaging was lovely!

Has anyone purchased preloved Chanel from Reebonz? I'm planning to buy this SLG item but in the description it only says "Comes with authenticity sticker". It's described as "Pristine" with "minimal wear and minor hardware scratches".
I've emailed their concierge asking for more detailed photos and they are still waiting for their warehouse to send them through.
I want to know if anyone can share their experience shopping for preloved Chanel from them (negative/positive). and whether you would go for a preloved Chanel that only has an authenticity sticker. Thanks so much!

Bad experience with them. Consign 3 bags with them but they didn't come to collect my bags. And later sent an email saying they missed my email. What a lousy experience. If I consign Hermes bag, i don't think they will miss my email.
Reebonz Singapore is realiable- fast shipment and good customer service. All my balenciaga bags are from them.
They have amazing deals once in a while for certain bag designs - velo, town, clutches, etc. Sometimes, off season colours for city are discounted but u got to act fast as they get snapped up very quickly.
For their preloved bags, I find their ratings to be over stated. Their "pristine" bags are usually 80% new with slouchy leather (puddling) and minor colour discolorations at 1 or 2 corners. Hardwares might have scratches. But I'll still buy them if I see the colour combinations that I like.
And a huge plus on authenticity- they are good at authenticating bags. Though I've heard stories on their authentication failures in Chanel bags - those aren't proven - no photos to back the claims.
I also consign my bags regularly on Reebonz Closets and there are no problems with that. Very convenient and hassle free for both buyers and sellers.

Mine is like that too cos it's metal below it. It looks ok to me cos the alternative would be to glue it and that doesn't sound appealing to me. Is that beige latte? I think we are bag twins ☺

I also disappointed with Reebonz. I once ordered 2 items under same order number but only received 1 item. The other 1 item never arrived. Already complained with case #276442 to their customer service but they can't help track where was the other 1 item. Seems they already lost this 1 item. They said "they need time to check the AWB number and will update it soon."
2 years has passed and never received any further info from them. No update responding to my case at all.

I've shopped twice at Reebonz. The first one was an awesome purchase (preloved Chanel wallet in pristine condition, when it arrived it looks almost brand new!).
My second purchase was not so great. I put a special instructions to send after certain date as I was still overseas at that time. The company totally ignored it, although they said they received the special instructions. The item was delivered to my office one week before I was even back to the country (thankfully I had not put my home address, otherwise who knows what will happen to that expensive package!). Then, the bag had a quite obvious fault on it. But since I don't like the hassle of exchanging items (plus, I got the bag on a realllyyy good deal anyway), i just kept the bag.
Would I shop there again? I definitely would. So far I've always received the item quickly. And since I don't like to baby my bags, it makes more sense for me to buy it cheaper or in preloved condition.
