It usually take 5 business days for me to get my items, I bought pre-owned bags from Reebonz before as well. From memory, it takes just about the same time. They usually send out a Fedex tracking information when the item gets shipped. If you haven't got that yet, you should maybe ring or email them?

Thank you for the input. I gave Reebonz a phone call and they said that the Chanel bag was not authentic and they would refund the money. Do you know what happens to the seller who sells counterfeit bags? Will Reebonz prevent them from selling because currently she is still selling her Chanel bags in closets?

Yes, that too. I was confused why Reebonz didnt send me any notification, been waiting for almost 2 weeks after I made the payment. Im buying from Reebonz Indonesia.The username is ananda_rs.

Wow that sounds bad :( ive purchased 1 preloved item from Reebonz before but never used their closet page as its not available in my country. Hope you get everything sorted completely in the end!

Hi Guys,

Has anyone ever experienced what I have now? As I have told U that I made a payment to Reebonz on 15th of June. Apparently the bag was not authentic. They keep promising that they will give the refund back but until now (5th July)... 3 weeks already.I havent received the money back.Call them few times already but they keep saying they will pursue the finance.

I returned an item and received the refund pretty fast. Did you drop an email besides calling them? I prefer to go via email for documentation and proof as it's difficult to trace progress via calls. Good luck and hope you get your refund soon. [emoji256]

Hi Guys! We always buy at Reebonz and no issues on authenticity. We only buy brand new.
To clarify, are the fake items from the "Closets", "Pre-loved", "Marketplace", or brand new?

Its from closets. Reebonz authenticated it and emailed me that my purchased was cancelled due to doubts on the authenticity.

Hi, I'm interested with some bag at reebonz.com/id

The problem is that bag only comes with original dust bag and there is no original authenticity card. Right now I'm afraid that i will get fake item. What do you suggest? Thank you
