were there any flaws or just pre-owned?^

I don't know about flaws, really, but just general use. The one bag was used a bit more than the other, but it was signature fabric in black and didn't really show much use. The other was a suede bag and had some "scratches" but it could be brushed out.

From reading most of these posts, I don't think there really is a science behind how they choose a bag or not.

I've started sending things to BBOS and am in the middle of 3 sales agreements. So far, they've honored all of the estimates that they gave me initially.

They rejected a few of my up front online submissions, but I understand. I'm sure that they have strong guidelines for purchases. Some of the bags that were rejected were older classics, which doesn't seem to be their market. So I submitted them to Yoogi's, where they were accepted for sale!

And I've gotten low prices on many of the items. But for me, that's OK also! These bags and wallets were just sitting in my closet and no longer had any value to me. I wish that I were brave enough to go the eBay route, but I just don't have the patience!

All new to me!

i wanna thank the ladies that did send in stuff and sold to them..i did too.

i just think it's cool because i've seen a lot of old styles pop up that aren't quite vintage but you can no longer get, or didn't get the chance to get when it was available, it's cool seeing what's come and gone in past seasons! i don't know, maybe i'm weird but it's kind of a trip down a purse scrapbook. lol. don't get me wrong though, i think some of the used bags are still overpriced.

I recently just sent in my Rebecca Minkoff's Studded Linear Darling...I didnt wanna sell it on ebay because the fees just irritate me lately and it seems like a style that would either sell or wouldn't for a lot. I sent a form with pictures of it, they accepted it like few hours after that with a quote...the day after they received it, it sent out the check already...so a really fast process.

I just sent in my mom's Chanel purse from late 80's to get it professionally cleaned. I also wanted to see how much they would purchase it for...I wanted to compare it to Avelle and other cosignment places. They just sent an email saying they just received it and will be evaluating it right now...so I am very curious to see if they make a generous offer on the Chanel because that bag is truly one of a kind.

Did they take a long time before rejecting it upfront before any quotes?
