I know it can be confusing with different leathers called similar names, but this thread is for Barenia Faubourg only.

I got mine from Fashionphile so I’m debating whether or not to get it authenticated. My return policy runs out in 30 days. My heart feels that it’s real. But my heart isn’t an expert! LOL

As for insert, I think I’m going to go with DivideandConquer from Etsy. I bought one from them over 3 years ago to use in my GP 36 and it still looks brand new. It’s pricier than the others on the site but I love the lightweight and sleek look.

I’m on the hunt for a Twilly pair for her right now. Would love something cool and not girly for this. The vibe it gives off is just not a “Madison Ave Birkin”, but very youthful, take-me-on-an-adventure Birkin. Part of me thinks this B looks better nude and Twilly-free, but I feel obligated to protect her until my nerves are more calm.

Lol they look good becos the SA tied them [emoji28] it's a B30 and is my first! I was initially looking for a barenia evelyne but haven't managed to find a decent one so ended up getting this instead! I love love love the smell of the leather lol....

I was standing in my closet at 5:25am deciding for 10mins if I should take my new BF to Vegas on a girl’s trip or not.

I was so gung-ho the day before, and then I chickened out because I don’t know how crazy we were going to be and I was flying Southwest where you had to basically race for good seats. LOL

Glad I didn’t because boarding was hectic, overhead was full, and I got the full sercurity check at the airport. BF was safe at home.

Probably a good call. I currently reserve BF for controlled situations - Vegas would not fall in that category [emoji23]

Call me crazy but for that reason (airplane travel) I purchased a Longchamp XL Le Pilage so that I could put the B35 in it prior to entering the airport. That way I didn't have to worry about spills, dirt, etc. My thinking was that I could put it under the seat if I had to (hope it fits) or that it would offer some degree of protection if I had to stash it in the overhead. Haven't used it yet but I thought it was a good idea. Also got a microfiber cloth that I am going to leave in the bag. I think you made the right decision and have a blast in Vegas!

Lol that's perfectly sane. I do the same thing when I travel and use my neverfull to hold my H bag. I did see a lady once using a nice see-through shoulder bag to hold her B which I really liked but I haven't managed to get something similar as yet..

Hi ladies, this is slightly off topic but I am really curious. After reading various threads, I'm wondering if BF is as rare as the SAs make them out to be? And if barenia is still harder to get than BF? *ponder*

Barenia Faubourg is available to buy at podium, whereas the heritage smooth Barenia is strictly push offer only.
