The pictures certainly look like you have had quite a bit of patina develop. How would you describe the amount of change you see? I’m in TX too so maybe this summer will get my patina kick started. I feel like mine has not changed much, if at all, yet.

I looked back at your earlier pictures and your bag looks like it has also developed a wonderful softness while also retaining its structure!! So lovely!

It’s starting to subtly get more of a copper(?) tone to it over time. The pics don’t quite capture the color accurately. I’ve noticed the softening as well...which is fine, I love a floopy Birkin. This is all happening despite her not being used as much as you’d think. Maybe once or twice every two weeks or so. Very light use as I rotate my other bags into use.

The speed at which she’s evolving is surprisingly quick.
