Does ModaQueen site sell authentic bags

Modaqueen only sells 100% authentic merchandise and I have 6 items that I purchased from them over the past year to prove it. I used to work for Fendi and I am now retired and I know EXACTLY how this works. In all meetings that we had, we were instructed by our supervisors to tell customers who came in to have bags they purchased online at discounted prices authenticated to tell them that they are not authentic. Once, a customer brought a spy bag she told me that she had bought online for half the price to have it authenticated by me and even though the bag looked authentic I followed my supervisors' orders and told her that the bag was not authentic. I was so embarrased when she pulled out a receipt to prove that the bag was purchased from our store the previous week. Modaqueen buys from authorized resellers and some of them I personally know or heard of. Department stores do not want you to buy online. This online store is legit and they even admit that the styles that they carry are overstocked or discontinued.

Umm, yeah. Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight ... now THAT's believable! LOL

Hi

Thanks for the reply yesterday from whoever it was! Thanks for taking the time to help me! I looked at the links, Modaqueen only got one mention and someone thought that their glasses were genuine, and that the bags might be, but they may be last seasons? Well I don't mind that! I want to buy my daughter a Prada for Christmas, but haven't got 2,000 to spend on one form Neiman Marcus!!

A quick query - I have only posted on here once before as I only joined last week, but I notice my thread is marked 'closed' as soon as I get one reply! Is that normal or am I doing something wrong? I can't help but think that loads of you will have bought from Modaqueen or at least know others who have?

Please reply about them, as I cannot find anything here in the UK, in the States you have a huge selection to get them from! Also if I was to look at ebay and you recommend getting it 'authenticated here' first, what does that mean!!

Thanks! - heres hoping for a page of replies!!

xx:crybaby:

Welcome! You are not doing anything wrong, just familiarize yourself with the site first and you'll get the hang of where to post things. Modaqueen has been asked about by a lot of other members and I believe no one is completely sure. In my opinion, it's not worth the risk.

If you look in the specific sections for each brand of handbag on this site (you'll see all the very popular brands -- Balenciaga, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Prada, etc.) there is a thread in each section where you can post questions about the authenticity of a bag that you want to buy.

Here's the link for Prada:

That's brilliant! thanks, you're right, to have a real good look round the site! I think it is betyter organised than most - I particularly like the link straight to any posts I have made - it speeds things up a bit! I did write to them via e mail and this is the reply I got:

Greetings!

As stated on our website, all items that we sell are authentic and authorized products.

The Prada items come with the authenticity cards, and we welcome all customers to take their purchase to the Prada store to have it authenticated.

Shop with confidence, your satisfaction is guaranteed.

So what do you think?

Thanks for your help again!

In my opinion, talk is cheap!

You're much better off shopping at places where you KNOW for sure that the goods are authentic.

Plus, in principal, I would never buy from a website that charges a restocking fee (Modaqueen charges 10%). I think that's shady.
