Do You Prefer Size 30 or 35 Birkin?

I am 5 foot 11 inches tall (in bare feet!) and quite Amazonian-so definitely my birkin 35 in etoupe with GHW for me. I have a B30 in black with GHW but regret buying it as it's far too small and dainty for my height and build. Really wish I'd got a B35 in red instead...

I'm 5'3" medium frame. My first was a 35 but now that I have my 30s I prefer the size. I have too much space in my 35 and find it on the heavy side even though I don't have much in it. Lately though I've been using my K32s since it allows me to have my hands free for my baby. [emoji4]

I like the 30 (although that's all I have for now). I'm 5'5'' with an athletic frame and I think it is the perfect size. It fits all my stuff, and it's light and versatile.

I think it all depends on how tall you are haha.. If you are under 5'5 I think the Birkin 30/25 is best because big purses will make you look shorter. If you are taller than 5'8 then a birkin 35 would be ideal in my opinion and if you between 5'6-5'8 you can pretty much choose cause all sizes will be proportionate.. Just my opinion

My first B is a 30. I love the size, which looks dainty and cute but still very roomy and spacious to store everything I need which I use a bag insert for extra pockets. I do think a B35 looks nice too, but it makes me look like carrying a work bag during weekends. A 30 looks nicer for me at work or for leisure.
I would still ask for a 30 for my second B :) Hopefully a black B which would arrive soon, fingers crossed! :)

I also agree that its a question of height. I'm 174 cm and a 30 doesn't suit me at all. I think it's a very cute size, but unfortunately too small for me.
A 30 will be lighter compared to a 35 which weights a ton and gives me a hard time carrying it for a long period.

Agree!!! I am 5"3 and 35 looks huge on me. I have only carried my 35 once for years. Suiting nicely in my closet. I enjoy 30 and use it much more often though.

I love the proportions of a B35 so of I want to use a lighter bag I would go with my kellys, which I think suit smaller sizes so much more. But maybe down the track I'll get my hands on a B30. You can never have too many Hermes bags lol.

Agree! Actually proportions of B30 and 35 make them look different. B35 looks more like a tote, while 30 more like a handbag.

I am currently contemplating on the next B that I am going to try to get. While I am staring at my B30, I just can't help but think that it is a tad too small for me. I am 5"3 but on the chunky side. I wonder if I got so used to carrying my Celine Phantom (which was my only tote) during my pre-B days, so maybe that's why the B30 is to doing it for me?

I wonder how do you guys feel about it?
