Do any LV lovers also own MCM handbags?

I am thinking of buying the MCM Millie in Black as shown in the post by big bag mama.I have tried it on many times. I sometimes think I want a Chanel flap but never end up buying one. If I finally decide against the Chanel flap I think this will be the "one".
Also, the pink Boston looks beautiful as shown in the above post.

I'm getting this pink Boston tomorrow:

I was originally going to get a pink Speedy B 25 like this one:

but I saw the MCM and realised that I could get something quite similar at a much lower price, and the zipper on the MCM goes almost to the bottom of the bag.

I absolutely love this and have been looking at getting black empreinte speedy instead of canvas speedy 25 mainly due to the outside slit pocket and also wider bag opening. But I keep hesitating because it seems crazy to pay that much more to get the leather mainly to have that outside pocket. Does the MCM one also have a slit pocket on the outside?

I think I answered my own question, I don’t see any mention of outside pocket on Bloomingdales website.

Where is the outside pocket on the speedy located? I can't find photos of it.

Right along the seam under the handle on the one side. Pictures do not show it at all since it’s just a slit pocket with room for a phone. I know what you mean and probably not worth the big price difference from the MCM, and also not worth price difference from canvas LV I’ve also been eying up.

I'm def an LV girl, but I do have one cognac shopper tote. I bought the NF for a bag I could wear to work with my laptop and all the other work crap, ha - BUT those straps! They dug in my shoulders, so NF was out the door.

I took a chance on MCM shopper tote, and it is the best bag:
1. I have been able to throw it around without worry of damages or visible wear
2. Straps are so comfortable, never digs and hurts, and that is truly a bag that is a Neverfull as I throw everything in it with my laptop and have no problems throwing it on my shoulder
3. I have carried it in the rain, snow, on the plane, to the beach, and it has taken such a beating! Yet it looks no different than day one of purchase. And, (hushed tone) I put this bag on the floor with no worries when in a tight sitting area, whereas I would never put an LV bag on the floor.
4. Even though it's not considered luxury, it's not often you will find another person wearing it around this region and for some reason I always get compliments on it (when really it's a bag of practicality for me)
5. I see NF literally every day, multiple times a day, any city I go to. The practical use of the NF that people state reasons for, makes way more sense for the MCM shopper tote. Now aesthetics? It gives the same monogram effect in cognac for me that a mono LV NF may carry, but really this particular bag design (LV or MCM) was purchased for a practical use on an everyday bag without having to worry about damage. Win for MCM over NF. ESPECIALLY because of the shoulder handles.
6. The interior clutch wristlet pouch whatever people call it now, is actually usable. The NF wristlet is flat and looks bulky and weird to zip when you try to put stuff other than cards or cash. I use the clutch in MCM shopper for a catch all and it's big! I can also throw that baby over my shoulder, so it becomes 2 bags in one in a real sense.

I know it may be an unpopular opinion, but just my "why" and explanation between why I bought the MCM shopper tote over the LV NF. I love reading the different reasons and thoughts on here.
