You must go in the MCM store next time you are at KOP. The store is gorgeous and everyone there is wonderful. Bobby is my SA and he is amazing!!!(Sorry for anyone who saw my goof ... hit the post button too soon.)
Anyway, funny you'd say that, because looking at the pics in this thread, I was just thinking I'd have to go into the MCM next time we're down at our "big" mall ... which ironically is KOP. Yes, it's with the new Bottegga, Choo, Fendi, etc, in the section that now joins the two "former" malls. I've seen that. I should probably go in next time.

I have the MCM medium Liz and the LV Neverfull MM. I like both bags. I am currently using as I write this the MCM Liz Medium. I prefer the MCM Liz over the Neverfull. I would love to buy another Liz in a different color someday, but I don't like to have the same bag even in different colors.
Recently (sometime in March) I purchased the Milla in medium, phantom grey. I love it! The design is simple, yet elegant. I’ve been using it for work lately.
I own bags from both brands. I baby my LV bags and my MCM bags I carry more without any worries. ALL of my MCM wallets, and bags, scarfs etc have been purchased on sale at either a major department store and their twice yearly sample sale which they no longer have. Many of LV interior colors of their bags I don't like so I wont purchase no matter how much I like the shape or outside of a handbag. Some of my MCM collection.
I own and love both. It was the LV Palm Springs Mini that led me to MCM. I purchased the LV Palm Springs Mini first but it immediately had some issues that LV wouldn't resolve to my liking so I sold it. I didn't even know MCM made a similar mini backpack until I saw someone carry it. It was much more affordable too!
I own both and love both. I like the variety of colors that MCMs are available and feel you get great quality for the price.
I am a big MCM fan and owner of many of their bags, wallets, and accessories. I try to get as many pieces as I can when they have their sales yearly and also when department stores discount items. I have noticed that since they have become popular again, their prices are rising steadily. I have 3 LV bags, 2 wallets and 2 pairs of boots. I like both brands but I definitely favor MCM.
MCM used to be very popular here and was almost on the same level as LV regarding popularity, but I never got an MCM bag. Their designs are too similar to LV and I will always prefer LV over MCM when considering a new bag.
