Wow , that was a rough trip! Glad you got a refund. Mine was a GW purchase for $20 bucks. There was the tiniest bit of transfer , a few specks, on the white stripes of the lining of the front pocket. Take some before pics!

Hello, Anybody have experience removing what I *think* is either white nail polish or white out from a red bag? I've tried Lexol cleaner, alcohol, heating it and trying to peel it off all to no avail. I'm now thinking about applying acetone with a tiny paint brush and quickly wiping it off but worried I might disturb the dye. I've included a close up of the marks and a full shot of the bag. Any suggestions from someone who has done this before would be greatly appreciated.

Little more drying and another coat of CPR and she is all done. One mark on her bottom did not come out but thats ok....gives a bit more character to her.

Is that a NYC bag? Did you dunk it? I have a burgundy NYC in pretty good shape trying to decide if I should dunk it or not...
I did dunk her and am glad I did. Was able to stuff her to give her a really good shape.
I know...I'm really happy how she come out. Was worried that being a bigger bag and also a red might have been too much for me to do as a newbie..but she came out the other end ok.Wow... she came out realy realy nice.
I wouldn't use acetone. I've had some white stuff come off in a warm bath.
Mine is a mahagony colored one and I adore her but they do get quite heavy once you load her up, you might want to carry her for a bit especialy in warm weather before you go on a buying binge.That does not mean that I'm not lusting after a red Patrica presently.

I have one in black and one in Taupe. I think it is an underrated style. But I love a bag you can stuff one more thing in as you are going out the door!Carry it some before you decide. I don't like the zipper scraping my hand when I reach inside. I prefer the classic pouch, which looks similar but doesn't have the zipper. It's lighter weight too.
Thanks whateve, I did try warm water and it did not budge. I ended up using acetone nail polish remover in a very measured way with a tiny fine brush and blotting quickly with a cotton ball and it worked!
