Hello, I have a legacy duffle that has a small tear in the strap. The picture is attached. I also just won another duffle on Ebay listed here http://www.ebay.com/itm/COACH-XL-LA...D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557 that has cracks in the straps. Do any of the ladies here have any advice on repairing the tear and cracks? I thought about glueing the tear done but I think it will be too noticable. TIA, robin0714
I would probably glue it down and then cover it with artist's acrylic paint or edge kote.

I would glue it all back together as much as possible, do light coats of leather filler and then top with acrylic paint or Leather Refinisher in the matching color. To get the right texture, I blot/dab the leather filler coats with my finger.

I rehabbed the exact same bag. Turned out beautiful! I used a Woly Gum suede block on the reverse suede before and after her bath and she's velvety now :). Brasso with a q-tip on the brass - mine was very tarnished.

One with flash, one natural light.

Oh, wow, yours looks like new! Absolutely beautiful :-) Thanks so much for the tips & pics!

Looks gorgeous! I have that picture for you of the two Plaza's

They unrehabbed, so excuse their rough appearance :p
They're so cute! I'm glad I ended up with the large one. She holds everything! When I got her, she was in pretty rough shape. The edges were completely worn, but the weird thing was the handle was perfectly flat on top, like it had never been used.

I recently found a coach ergo while cleaning an abandoned apartment of a college student. I would like to rehab it. Where would you ladies suggest I begin, and what products should I buy? The only rehab I have ever done was clean a canvas scribble and scrub the yellowing out.

There is a very small ink stain which I can live with, but she does need a major bath and conditioning. What products do you recommend?
