I usually just use my fingers to apply it. You can be generous with it. It will soak in. 5 minutes later, wipe off the excess and buff it. You can do more than one coat. She took a bath yesterday and is nearly dry today, I am ready to use the Leather CPR, any tips on applying it?

Not necessary. I think it is similar to putting lotion on when you've gotten out of the shower. It seems to lock in the moisture when you are damp.Should I wait till she's bone dry?
I don't think you are going to get it perfect. If you redunk and scrub, you could run the risk of making swirly marks, which would be much worse. This bag is old and is going to retain some of the patina. Once you condition, the colors will blend together a bit more. I don't know what to do about the verdigris stains on the strap.Front flap, with streaks of light/dark
Also- anything to remove the verdigris stains from the strap?

I used to just slather on the Leather CPR and leave it. Most of the time it absorbed completely but then a few other times, it left wipe marks so now I wipe it off before it dries.
Wow! That's my kind of bargain!Look at how cheap this stewardess went for!!
