I agree. I am new to PF but the using simple titles and words to problems makes it easier to search. Having said that it would be good to be specific as well i.e. "missing numbers on disc"

Really scared of using me first mulberry alexa oak. The base seems really vulnerable does anyone ever put them down when out and about or hold them all the time? Have my eye on a mini alexa but think it will be black!!:smile1:
I never put my bags on the floor even though i protect them with colonill spray I always sit them on my knee .. Too risky !!!

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me. I have bought a pre-owned mulberry brooke but it looks as though the leather has worn around the tree imprint or there maybe something on it. I have used leather cleaner but there were no marks on the cloth. I've attached photos so show the mark. Anyone have any ideas what I can do? Thanks for the help!

I've just bought a gorgeous Romilly in Darwin oak. The condition is excellent, with very few signs of use.

Now I wonder how to treat this beauty so it ages with style. Personally, I think the darwin leathers suit the worn look very well, but I still want it to look well groomed and "polished" when the leather darkens.

Tips, anyone? Thanks in advance:smile1:

I have just got an Oak Effie from in and around the same era and the first thing I did when I brought her home was give her a good treatment with Collonil gel and then a wee spray with Collonil waterstop...but I will give her another treatment of gel fairly soon just to get the leather up to really good condition. I'll be interested to see what other suggestions you get :smile1:
Your Romilly is beautiful!
