The long sleeve non t neck dress came in. It was super cute. It was super tight. And hot ! But cute under the cardi. I considered it but the wearability is limited by its length and the amount of leg that is exposed haha. I tried it w black tights as a tunic and i liked it. Just for the price I don’t know if I’d reach for it that often. It’s just super warm.

Posting the least offensive pic of the dress haha!

I get it about the wearability, but this outfit is so darn cute! Would be perfect for Thanksgiving or a casual fall event. Looks great on you honestly

Good evening everyone. Slightly off topic, apologies!

I just received a Chanel Lesage item from TRR with all the anti theft tags still attached to it. I tried everything, incl. industrial strength magnets, but impossible to take off without damaging the item. I shipped it internationally, paid over 250 USD in import and customs duties. If I would ship it back to the real real I would lose a few hundred USD.

Has anyone had this before, managed to get the anti theft tags of, or got it resolved with TRR? I am beyond disappointed, as I now have a useless item that I can't wear, that triggers store alarms everywhere, and on top of it it looks like I stole it if I wear it out.

Perhaps someone has the contact details of a good customer service rep? Thank you!

Omg anti theft tags attached ? That seems a little interesting. How did they manage to sell it w them out the door. I’m sorry have not had this experience. They are pretty responsive if you message them your concerns.

This happened to me also. They didn’t respond to my email query. I ended up just cutting off the fabric care tag it was attached to. This was not a pricey item, however.

I think the black tunic is soooo cool ! I love the details. There hot pink version of it lines the cropped black jacket. It was cute. It was short !! I also saw the purple jacket which I thought was really pretty. I squeezed into the 36 . Loved the tweed. I could see it fuzzing eventually.
Hi :) Just curious, how does the purple tweed jacket run? I'm a consistent 36 in jackets and my SA has one set aside for me to try on tomorrow. Since the boutique is an hour away, I just want to make sure it's worth the drive to try on the right size. Thanks!!!!

I think the only way to take the tag off is to go to the boutique. Do you have an SA you like? Would you consider printing out all the TRR receipts, etc. to show them?
Sorry to hear...this is such a hassle.

I find Chanel's main customer service to be pretty unhelpful (aside from locating items), and in most cases they usually just refer you to a fashion advisor at your preferred boutique.

I 2nd Brooklynite. I would print out all of the documentation that proves it was purchased from the RR, message an SA, and ask to make sure. I feel they would remove it.

I'm sorry you had this experience.

Hey! I am a 40 and the 36 was tight on my shoulders. I was able to button it up. I would think true to size but they can tweak it for you if needed. It’s great !!!
