Has anyone bought from Luxgoodssg or Luxmartsg before? They are on Carousell and Telegram and have a lot of good stock. However I’m not sure about authenticity. If anyone has any info to share, it will be greatly appreciated!

About 3-4 years ago I bought Clair jumbo. Super pretty. But had to sell it as the caviar was so hard that season it's like you can use it as a good weapon to smack hard at an attacker.
Lol so why wouldn’t you keep it because it seems durable? Perhaps caviar is meant to be hard?
It was pretty hard I hardly felt I was wearing leather. I have other caviar bags and definitely that jumbo piece is a hard-class of its own. My other caviar bags are just as durable, if not more. Think it's a just a season/batch issue.

Hello, it will be my first time this Saturday stepping into a Chanel boutique. I’m hoping to get my first Chanel flap. Can someone tell me what the experience is like i.e. when I step into the boutique, do I have to approach an SA or will an SA approach me? After reading the comments here, I would most likely be heading to the boutique at MBS.
