I don’t think there are any caviar ones left. They were hot selling during the launch and sold via allocation basis. Can try out for the lambskin ones next season?

Ummm… The caviar grains for the mini top handle is a lot smaller and more dense than the usual caviar, and it’s really pretty in real life in my opinion. If low 7xxx, I think it’s okay. But high 7xxx I don’t think it’s worth it… Will update if I buy any!

Thanks for both information! My SA also told me 21A will be June but no firm date again. It seems many people don’t have good experience in the NAC boutique and recommend the MBS one but so far, I never had a good experience at MBS instead. Staff looked like they weren’t that interested to serve me every time I drop by that store. My NAC experience has been good from my first and second visit and I stuck with the same SA (from second visit as the first SA left) since then. Wanted to try and diversify for better chance of getting a hard to get bag but MBS experience has been less than pleasant for me
Does anyone know if there's any backpacks coming in any time soon? Have been looking for a gabrielle backpack for forever but am considering if I should widen my options to look for others. Any advice or which backpack is best?
I recommend calling the boutique in advance to check if they have what you are looking for. The customer service line has always been more helpful than some of the FAs I’ve encountered in-store.
Don’t be afraid to look around the store and ask about other materials, sizes, colours, etc. And don’t feel pressured not to walk out empty handed, when you know it’s the right bag, you will know! : )
P.S. I second your decision to go to MBS- I dropped by NAC the other day again and an FA gave me her card and told me to drop her a message about a bag I was looking for. I did and she never repliedI’ve had better service buying a mere Clic bracelet at Hermes.
Does anyone know what's the best number to call Chanel outlet in both MBS and Orchard or whats the number of the customer service line? I tried calling the general line and no one pick up the phone.... It'd been frustrating

Congrats!!! Yesterday they had new stock and very limited. I was offered the lambskin one but turned it down. Does yours come with the microchip or still the series number sticker? Please share more photos if you can! I have been wondering whether this beige claire will be too yellow for my Asian skin.. However this colour has beautiful caviar and edge stitching. So happy for you!
Thank you! Just want to share the journey. The night before, I txted my SA, the next day around 11am she replied saying still no stock. Then after an hour, she said stock just arrived and if I want it. So I said i’ll be able to get it 5:30pm onwards. She said she can’t hold the bag that long and that she will send me a link to secure payment first so thats what I did and just picked up the bag afterwards.
It comes with the metal plate already with the serial code, which is also indicated in the booklet and receipt. Re microchip, I specifically asked if it is. But she said it is not microchip, just metal plate. I was also not asked to register or scan anything for the warranty. Shey said not to worry because it is already registered under my profile and entitled with the 5 years warranty.
