Hello, it will be my first time this Saturday stepping into a Chanel boutique. I’m hoping to get my first Chanel flap. Can someone tell me what the experience is like i.e. when I step into the boutique, do I have to approach an SA or will an SA approach me? After reading the comments here, I would most likely be heading to the boutique at MBS.

When you head to the shop, if there is a queue, you will first have to join in the queue. If you are at NAC boutique, most likely they will ask you to scan QR code to get a queue number unless there is very little people in the queue. For MBS, I have not experience the boutique asking customer to join the QR code system but I am not sure if it's the same now.
When it's your turn to enter the store, they will assign an SA to you. From there, you can just let them know what you are looking for and they will assist you.

I recommend calling the boutique in advance to check if they have what you are looking for. The customer service line has always been more helpful than some of the FAs I’ve encountered in-store.
Don’t be afraid to look around the store and ask about other materials, sizes, colours, etc. And don’t feel pressured not to walk out empty handed, when you know it’s the right bag, you will know! : )
P.S. I second your decision to go to MBS- I dropped by NAC the other day again and an FA gave me her card and told me to drop her a message about a bag I was looking for. I did and she never replied I’ve had better service buying a mere Clic bracelet at Hermes.

Does Chanel Singapore have a good range of shoe sizes? Anyone who bought shoes in the boutique know? I have quite big feet at 39.5 and wondering if they stock such sizes. Thanks!

My size is pretty common, 35.5-36.6 depending on the shoe and most of the time it’s OOS if I’m a bit late to launch. I notice bigger sizes usually have stock so you can give it a try.

now is probably a good time as the store is very quite since phase 2 HA. I like the staff at MBS I think they’re quite friendly. Hope you will have a wonderful experience don’t be shy to say it’s your first time they will make it special for you (they did for me for my first time!)

Hmmm…. I don’t think it is possible to get it from the boutique anymore as new season is launching soon. Also there is a high premium added for this bag if you want to buy from resellers. You might want to consider the new season colours, provided that you have your own regular SA who is able to get it for you. I saw pink, black, nude pink, grey, green from other threads. Hope this helps.

I think the grey is gorgeous! Its the first colour that caught my eye when I saw the new collection online.

It’s beautiful! Lambskin makes colours looks gorgeous. Just have to be careful with colour transfer for light colours. Hope you can get it from the boutique!

I see I see! Thank you for your kind reply! I saw this season’s grey in caviar. Thought it’s pretty cute. Also, I came across the beige bag you are looking for, on reseller platforms. $7xxx. But there’s beige coco handle ( small size) this coming season, maybe can consider?

Agree! Lamb skin is also very lux and buttery Thank you! Now I want it even more!! I don’t think boutique is possible, my SA already offered something popular last season, and I’m not big spender. was thinking maybe resellers…

Thanks babe! Yes I saw it's going for $7xxx on reseller platforms. I'm considering since its not going to come out in caviar anymore but its still a pretty big sum for a mini bag. I don't quite like coco handle, but thanks for the rec! Let us know what you decide to get in the end too

thank you all your advice. i really took your words in mind when i went in. they did not have what i was looking for, though i saw a boy WOC in caviar which was my second choice but it was a display piece which looked very used and i was not comfortable in taking it. for now, i will continue waiting until the right bag comes along
