This happened to mine as well. Didn’t take it back to the Chanel store but got it fixed locally. Haven’t worn it since as I assume it would happen again.

happened also to one of my pair of Espadrilles...I wear them in summer without socks, too...I guess it has to do with the sweat of the feet and the walking. Doesn‘t bother me and I don’t feel anything while wearing them. These are shoes after all... [emoji12]
I don't know i just feel like it shouldn't happen to such an expensive shoes. I mean it certainly doesn't happen with my other leather lined shoes.

At the time it was only a couple of weeks old but I brought it in for a peeling leather bit on the toes area. Nothing they can do about it apparently with shoes or that’s what they told me so oh well I’ll just use it.
I always wear really really low cut no show socks I buy off of amazon that don’t show in the espadrilles just because I’m weird and can’t wear enclosed shoes without socks and I’ve never had an issue with the leather liner sliding or anything. Maybe that’s it? And I wear mine all the time! If anyone’s interested in the ones I wear I can share the link if y’all would like. I would have a fit if my liner started sliding all over the place lol.
the leather liner started doing the same thing with my espadrilles too. i asked the boutique but they said they can fix it but i would need to pay for the repair. think that’s pretty BS considering mine were also worn a few times only.
took it to a local shoe repair shop and he reglued it for $5. now the other side is doing the same thing so i’ll take it for him to fix and see if it’ll keep happening.
considering the cost of these shoes i do find it pretty ridiculous that it seems to be happening to so many of us.

Hello I did not- they were looser than the canvas 39 size I got. They are not really thick at all- just looks that way.
