Interesting re Olympics and slight delay. I sent my Love bracelet for reproduction mid April and was also quoted 20 weeks. I assumed it was going to NYC. But perhaps I will also be waiting a bit longer. Agree with others would only let Cartier manage it.

it was a bit loose when I bought it, I should of kept the original size I bought, yes I stack but still moves like crazy

my SA.also told me 30% and 6 month wait, thats a long time

Eww yea thats a very long time. I had some issue with my clash where they had to replaced the whole lock mechanism and it took I think more than 7 weeks but they just sent it to NYC. Try to see how much it cost now if you place it preloved market and if the difference is not as much then you can just go on that route. You don't want it move as much as it's also prone to scratches.

I think that’s fair to basically redo a bracelet without a defect

My Love bracelet had to go in because the lock mechanism was known to be defective and they got it back to me under 2 weeks.

Hi everyone,

I have a size 19 Love and since purchasing I’ve lost a significant amount of weight so now in cold weather my Love can slip off my wrist during normal daily activities. I don’t have a boutique nearby but was fortunate to travel this week to visit Cartier and discuss the resizing options I had researched here. Apparently in Australia there is no option for 30% swap over the only option that exists is paying 60% and having the bracelet completely remade in 6 months or more.

I don’t feel that 60% is a reasonable amount and would have happily proceeded with the 30% option as I have no special connection to my serial number etc.

Those of you that have been offered the swap over for 30%, can you tell me where in the world you are located? I may be heading to the US later in the year so wondered if I should try making an appointment at a boutique there? I also want to purchase a Juste un Clou to stack but can’t given the current issues with the size of my Love.

Thanks for any info you can share
