I figured I would share my info that I received today about reproducing my bracelet. I went to the Atlanta, GA boutique today and was told that it would be 30% of the bracelet price to reproduce and about a 6 month wait. In my case I chose not to do it as my SA did not feel that I should. It is something that I may consider in the future and it is nice to know that the option exists.

I was going to update my previous post, but I figured I would do a new one to keep track of time. I just dropped off my love bracelet for reproduction. The 17 was just too small. My SA mentioned that it was good for me to go ahead and do it because there will be a price increase on 5-14. She said that the 30% fee is based on the current cost of the bracelet fyi. Anyway, I plan to update when I receive my new bracelet. I was told 6 months.

That's good you are able to pay now. In Canada Cartier will not take payment until reproduction complete. Luckily with mine there was no intervening PI.

What size are you going to go for? 18? Do they do half sizes when doing a reproduction? I believe they have half sizes in the pave version.

In which country did you find that out? Interesting — in Germany they told me the reproduction would cost 60% of the current price. They also said that this percentage applies in all countries 🙄 At first, I was told 40% over the phone. But when I went to the boutique, they said it would be 60%. When I asked why I was told 40% earlier, they said, “It was probably a mistake.” 😐

This was in the US. The service associate at the store told me 30% but I was cautious until the written estimate arrived from the service team. It sounded like they send it to NYC for evaluation and then it will go on to France for completion. I’ve wondered if the higher cost applies on an older model, maybe if you have the version with removable screws?

I would think it's 30% for everything at least in the US. I re-sized my regular JUC ring and was offered 30% for the small Love bracelet as well, which I ended up declining.

Maybe the older screws do make a difference? I did a reproduction for a Love last year and they quoted me 30% with the $ amount quoted as well, but when it was completed it was 40%. I am in the USA, though the reproduction happened in France.

My bracelet is actually a newer model — I bought it in 2022.
