Yup it is a Giant but I don't know if it is a part time or a city..
the color is white.

In the tag that reads : 173084 D941G 1000
173084 ==> style code (city, work, etc)
D941G ==> hardware code ( G= gold, T= regular, N=silver)
1000 ==> color code (1000 = black, white = 9069, etc)

I've always thought the last group of numbers on the card refer to leather batch id... I've noticed that bags with the same numbers would have exactly the same leather and shade of color.
