**Buying from Fashionphile** shopping experiences/questions

Last week I spent 12k on three bags from Fashionphile. I have been waiting for them to ship. Now I get an email that they refunded my account and cancelled my order. No explanation. I checked online and see a lot of BBB and Fraud websites saying the company is super shady. Has this happened to anyone else? Im torn between tears and anger as one of the bags was a Capucines that I have been hunting down forever from Oct 2022

I feel you! This happened to me just a few weeks ago. Nothing shipped and then they cancelled my order and refunded me without explanation. After emailing them multiple times they said they couldn’t find the item! I still had it hearted and then about a week after they cancelled my order - it was suddenly available again (after being “sold”). I emailed again very confused and they said- whoops they found it! Anyway/ I wound up passing.

I will say though that this was the first time this has happened to me and I’ve purchased from them before.

I have not had an issue with them, however, I haven’t actually made a purchase in a while. I did have problems with shipping with my last purchase. It was listed as delivered at dock (I live in a home) so I immediately called and reported it. They initiated an immediate investigation and I did receive the bag within a day or two. I videotaped my unboxing just to make certain that the package had not been tampered with in case I needed to dispute the charge and I saved all my correspondence on the matter. Haven’t made a purchase there since. I don’t trust the shippers.

Maybe their fraud department thinks the total dollar amount was too big of a risk. I wonder if it would have been cancelled if you had bought only one of them.

My husband wondered the same thing. But they have single bags that cost more than the three I was trying to buy together. Also they already had the money. Scratching head. I think I might just deal with the Louis Vuitton store going forward. I thought this seemed like a deal but maybe not. Im not sure what to do....

Have you ordered from them before? I just started buying from them after being hesitant for so long from all the stories here but so far no issues. Shipping has been prompt and items have been just as described .there are only a few other resellers I will buy from but they just can’t seem to get the volume of stuff PF does. I am amazed at how much comes in. New styles that were just released from LV (I only check LV items) and other styles I haven’t seen posted elsewhere. The prices are so high in my opinion. I’m still trying to learn the ins and outs of PF though…I would like to try their layaway but so nervous on that…I may try on a small ticket item..

I haven't bought from them in years (like 11). I have sold several and purchases several bags and jewelry from them in-store at the Beverly Hills location. It was the only location at the time.

Maybe it was the amount of the purchases and the length of time since the last purchase? Like others said, maybe they thought it was fraud..did you call them?

I called was on hold for close to an hour. Finally chose the call me back option. It's been several hours and haven't heard back. No response yet to my email which, I imagine could take a few days. When I bought with them years ago, I was always with my husband, and he paid (it was his account). I am not longer married, different name, don't even live in the area which is why I was trying to buy online. I hope someone gets back to me before they sell the bags to someone else. It's dissapointing as it looks like most people here on the forum are happy with them :confused1:
 
I had what I hope will be a once-in-a-lifetime situation with Fashionphile. I ordered two handbags on December 31 during their end-of-year promotion. Unfortunately, on January 7, while the items were still in transit, my area was evacuated due to the Palisades fires, and we had to leave our home for 10 days. I contacted Fashionphile customer service to explain what was happening. They were understanding and offered a 30-day return window extension. They also assured me that if delivery couldn't resume within that window, I would receive a full refund. I was pretty happy in a very stressful time they were so accommodating!

Maybe your payment and delivery name address are different?

I’m sorry. I know it’s frustrating and I hope you get an answer soon . I had to email them something and they were prompt in responding but said I had to call. I did call and wasn’t on hold long. Maybe since its Monday they are busier?

The same address on my card...I did try calling again at 4 but get the message that they are closed. The website says they don't close until 5 though and I am in the same time zone. I don't know......Thank you for all your advice and assistance :heart: went back and read some old messages on this thread that I didn't like. Maybe it's the universe telling me something :shocked:
