Yes! In the past I used a personal shopper who was assigned to me, but now I just call their phone number because they have a direct transfer option to any personal shopper who is available. They can get you additional photos if you would like them prior to deciding on your purchase! Usually my items are not available at their fingertips, so I will request that they either text them to me or email them to me.

Yes, I saw that as soon they posted, I even put one bag in cart and applied coupon code etc everything, but didn’t hit the last button. It was a $1,000 Chanel deauville tote.

Item is a medium size when they labeled it a small? Nope, 10%
Item has silver hardware but it was labeled gold, sorry, 10%.

I used it once and bought a Chanel bag at a premium labeled excellent condition and the corners were a disaster but were not pictured and weren’t disclosed. After putting up a fight, they did refund the full amount but I won’t do that again.

I am a super buyer and had just sold a big Hermes high ticket item and honestly, I suspect that is the only reason they gave me the 10% back.

Thank you, I did not know that…. so far my items have been just as described but they have been smaller items and SLGs. I am not sure I want to do this with a higher priced item like a bag..

I just returned an item. FP charges $14.99 for their return shipping label. I don't know when they started that fee. I returned item because of the size length. The nice part imo, was that they credited me back for the shipping. I rebought what I thought was a similar one advertised in a smaller size but wasn't. I didn't return it this time tho, a loss of $14.99 once was enough. Oh, you must do the return within 15 days.

Thank you for the information. I dislike having to pay a restocking fee on top of a return label fee..I wonder if they credited back because you bought something else. Some places return the shipping label charge if you exchange.

Hi. I initiated the return first. I didn't decide to purchase the second one until later in the day. Regarding returns, the return was imo quick and quite easy. As soon as the return was scanned at FedEx, it counted, not when FP receives it. Of course it still had to be checked and returned in the same condition as you received it. Keeping the box it came in helped in the return.

Thanks! Sounds like an easy process to return. I haven’t had issues for returns on other reseller sites either.
