Thank you I have not heard of those so I will check them out.
It’s funny because I have been buying and selling to the above for so long and was nervous to buy from FP with all the stories. So far my purchases are fine but the prices for some items are just insane and I don’t like some of their practices if they are raising prices just to have a sale. I’m going to watch my followed items and the prices and see what happens. FP has seems to grow a lot recently more than other resellers I have dealt with..

They have had massive growth. I like the small pop up locations, but I wish the main headquarters was still in Carlsbad.

I feel like ever since they opened the NYC headquarters, the company has seen a drastic decline in listing quality.

My last order was an Hermes bag with a broken zipper which was not disclosed, wrong color, wrong size…lol. They gave me a price adjustment for the zipper, but in the end I just returned the bag.

Their personal shopping department is going through a massive overhaul as well. A lot of the perks of working with personal shopping are disappearing. I still love shopping with them in Carlsbad, but the random price increases just rub me the wrong way.

Maybe instead of raising all the prices, just stop the Friday deals where they discount bags anywhere from $300-$1,200. They are fun, but if this is the price to pay then maybe just have them be a season event around the holidays

An item I am following I swear went up because when it was in my cart I remember it being a different price . It’s not part of the sale but when I put in the code it works. It’s now so high I don’t even want to buy, what’s the point.
I unfollowed the items I was interested in, on principle alone, when I saw the price increases. Not playing this game. I wonder if prices will revert to what they were before the “sale” or remain higher.

That will be interesting to see if that happens. They seem to get the ost stuff I am looking for but their prices are crazy high! Not sure I want to play that game either . I’m going to keep an eye on my following items and see…

I doubt it, the item in my cart that went up over $300 is not eligible for the sale code, so I doubt they will decrease the price after the sale is over. It really makes so sense, do they really think that they priced items too low initially when their prices are way higher than other sites 95% of the time?

All I know with certainty is their quotes used to be reasonable, the merchandise was priced fairly, and shopping with them was fun. Nowadays not so much.

They raised the price on an item you already had on reserve?
This literally happened to a Chanel flap I was watching. I took a screenshot of the prior price, then asked my personal shopper why it went up by $150.00. She claimed that they had no idea, must be a fluke and agreed to honor the prior price but only because I had a screenshot ….i don’t like shady business practices and it was very off putting

Wow, that’s not cool at all! I’m glad they honored it but sucks that you had to show proof. I wish other resellers got their volume of stuff but I have not found the items I want elsewhere. On the plus side the items I’m getting are a described..
