I assume this means they are either items being transferred to another boutique, on hold for a client to purchase or they are previously sold items being returned and will be relisted. Sometimes this also happens; and I know this will open a can of worms; when they are selling an item that they are selling directly to a VIP client through their personal shopper service. I know this from personal experience; the item is not available to the public, and if someone else purchases it the purchase will be canceled. When an item is sold directly without being available to the public to a client who has it on their wish list, sometimes it will briefly appear on the website, like for a fraction of a second, but it is not actually available to purchase other than for that exact client.

Thank you for the explanation! I have yet to use the personal shopper feature but probably should !
What makes a persona VIP there? Is the amount spent?

I imagine so, but I don’t know the details. I found out by chance over time about the regular service available to anyone through their personal shopper division, where their sales associates will bring in items and send you additional photos etc. I did not always know about that service, but it is long-standing and available to anyone. The service that I am not sure is available to anyone, since it was randomly offered to me before I even knew that it existed, is the service where they will take your wish list and procure these items for you and never list them on the website available to the general public. At the time they randomly offered this to me I had spent about 200-250 K with them over the years, so I don’t know if they would have offered it to me if I was a totally new client.

Ugg...Im hooked now. Another Fashionphile Capucines in Jasmine with flower chain. I need to be done for a while :drool:
