Thank you. When I get a chance, I'll go take a peek. Although, I would hope I wouldn't have to do a return. ;)
I’ve used Couture USA for both buying and selling and they are amazing. When I sell to them they send an email when the items are received and that payment is being mailed….Ive had no issues returning and the refund is usually credited back the day they receive the item, super fast! I’ve had no issues returning items with Yoogis Closet either. I dont return to either of these places often but you should have no issues if you do..

You’re welcome! They are very active on IG if you want to follow them and get an idea of what they carry…All I can go by are my experiences and they have been amazing. I’ve bought online and direct from their IG and they will get you extra pics or videos of items if you ask. I also forgot to check direct and consign on my items and they verified what I wanted before issuing payment. They also send me an email when my items are received. I also get an email from Yoogis when my. Items are received to verify which sale I want to do. Yoogis is also very quick with responding to emails when I have questions…..

I have had MANY issues with FP purchases in the past, but I decided to give them another second chance. Most of the issues were with the customer service department. I purchased a Evelyne bag, it arrived with a broken hook on the strap. It wasn't stated in the listing, so I contacted FP to see what could be done. They wanted me to send in a quick video showing the issue, and they were super apologetic and offered a $250 price reduction on the bag if I decided to keep it. I was extremely thrilled with the outcome!

I plan on getting the hook repaired by Hermes, so this helps cover some of that cost. I was just shocked, my last incident with them was not so pleasant over the holidays. Could their customer service be turning around for the better?!

This was also a reserve order, so there was also an option to return the bag with the reserve fee waived. My past experiences with reserve fees and listings not matching the description have been mixed with reserve refunds.

I just wanted to give an update, since a lot of my posts have been pretty negative lol. I like to give credit when credit is due!

Has anyone ever made a puchase from Fashionphile? They have their own website as well as on eBay. I've been burned before on eBay and I'm a little gun shy. But they have a purse I REALLY want. Help!
I have bought and sold very successfully from Fashionphile over the years. Too many times to count. Their quotes are fair, and I find the Customer service to be excellent. I am fortunate to live about an hour away from their main warehouse and showroom. Although, that gets me in a bit of trouble!!
