Is it difficult to find lindy 30cm in Berlin?
I saw a red Lindy at the Hermes at KDW in Berlin a couple weeks ago. Don't know what size though, sorry! I didn't check at the boutique because I wasn't looking for this bag. Just happened to spot it in the case while I was buying my CDC.

I thought stock would be less at KDW since it's a leased boutique but the CDC stock was almost better than the boutique. Definitely check both! Good luck!

Thanks cherylc. My friend is in Berlin this week to help me, however, no luck yesterday

I'm going to Berlin soon and wanted to try my chances at a B or K. Is it next to impossible to get one as a walk in? Or you need to do the usual H dance of pre spending $$$?

Otherwise I want to get a CSGM and it seems stock is good there? Also in the market for CDC. :graucho:has anyone been lately?
Cherylc, may I ask how was your H shopping experience in Berlin? Did you score any B/K?

I will be heading there next week so I hope to get some advice on inventory. hopefully a GP for me.

no I didn't. I bought a few items and kinda asked but they said they have no stock and it's tough to come by. although when I asked I only bought a CSGM and then bought a couple other things at another boutique bc they didn't have stock at the first one. maybe if I bought tons of stuff i would have better luck being offered but that's like any Hermes store basically. but prices and stock are way better than canada so I enjoyed buying there.

How is the inventory for other bags? TIA

I visited both KDW and Kurfürstendamm store. I find the that Kurfürstendamm store has better inventory. Didn't manage to find my GP though but I got something else! A Bolide 31 in Gold Clemence 😉 The SA who served me is amazing! She is very patient and even explained the history of some bags and watches as well. Got to try on sample K32 & B35 and "prowl" through their catalogue 😁She also mentioned that b/k are really hard to come by. Constance are even more rare... But on the whole, I must say It is a wonderful experience for me. To top it off, my SA arranged my purchase to be delivered to my hotel and she even included a few fragrance sample for me to try. Hope to back there again!!

The Cologne store was a big disappointment for me. I must admit that I went there right before Christmas but I still thought it was very small, had very little stock and it took forever for anyone to even notice I was there. So I ended up leaving without buying anything, mostly because I really felt the service was not what I am used to in Hermes stores. And I was actually really looking forward to getting something there for a long time before! But I ended up hitting some of the other stores instead, where the service was much better (namely Louis Vuitton right next door).

Locals told me the Dusseldorf store is much better but sadly I did not have time to go there this time.

Hi! All the SAs at the store in Vienna are the same. Are you looking for bags?
There are hardly bags. It's a small store and you will never find a Kelly, birkin, Lindy or Constance here.

Hi vangogh,
shall I ask? maybe you know. Is spring summer collection in the store in vienna? I am looking for panthera pardus scarf and savana dance.

Want consistent good service? Go someplace else, like Salzburg or Berlin...
I have very mixed feelings about the Vienna store, service can be hit or miss. I went there mostly for scarves. Last time was what it should be like, but I already wore a CSGM when I walked in and it was clear I came for another one and knew quite something about the designs.
Some other times the SAs seemed uninterested, impatient or snobbish. Other times I had good service. I have been there about 10 times since last spring, but am far from having "my SA". Do not know what it takes to "form a relationship".
They let me look at the book with the bag styles, but I was told "Halzan is never seen in this store".
From now on I always make sure to have some H on me whenever I visit (but some of them do not even recognize their own merchandise)

I got the Zambese scarf there as early as Nov, 30th last year, seen a Savanna Dance the last time I was there at the end of January. IIRC there were some Pantheras as well, but am not quite sure about it. They had a broad range of SS16 scarves. Worth a visit!
