Want consistent good service? Go someplace else, like Salzburg or Berlin...
I have very mixed feelings about the Vienna store, service can be hit or miss. I went there mostly for scarves. Last time was what it should be like, but I already wore a CSGM when I walked in and it was clear I came for another one and knew quite something about the designs.
Some other times the SAs seemed uninterested, impatient or snobbish. Other times I had good service. I have been there about 10 times since last spring, but am far from having "my SA". Do not know what it takes to "form a relationship".
They let me look at the book with the bag styles, but I was told "Halzan is never seen in this store".
From now on I always make sure to have some H on me whenever I visit (but some of them do not even recognize their own merchandise)

I got the Zambese scarf there as early as Nov, 30th last year, seen a Savanna Dance the last time I was there at the end of January. IIRC there were some Pantheras as well, but am not quite sure about it. They had a broad range of SS16 scarves. Worth a visit!

Store in Vienna:
I have tried so many times to build a "relationship".
Sometimes I have the feeling they even don't remember me. It's frustrating… maybe it will change some day. Maybe it won't but I will never buy stuff (I don't really love) to have better chances.

I am a customer at the Vienna store. They know me by name and I mostly go for my favourite 2 SAs. They have a good range of scarfs. That's what they mostly sale. They are really busy in the afternoons, when tourists hit the store and even rip the scarfs off your hands😏

Munich had more than one Hazan on display upstairs when I was there recently. You might check their stock, if you are looking for one. Sorry, I don't recall the colors, but they were mid-tone colors--not neutral and not bright--if that helps. Good luck!

Hello,
I would like to get some advices on waiting list in Hermes Store. I have family members live in Germany and would like to ask them to get Birkin for me. I know in Hermes stores in Germany will not selll Birkin to tourists.
I will try my chances to get the bag by putting my name on waiting list in two stores in Germany ( Berlin or Hamburg) .
Do you think it is possible to ask my family members to get for me?
Which store will give me more chances to get the bag?
How long does it take to get the bag? I know the color and size
Do I still get VAT tax refund if I ask someone get the bag for me???
Thank you so much

In Germany, they would allow one to get onto the wait list only if you are local and somehow a regular in the boutique . Therefore there is no option for VAT tax refund.
I am not sure about which boutique has better chances I think it has to be your home boutique , as what I was told .
The waiting period varies from half a year to 3 years , of course it also depends on what are the spec that you want. If you are going to the store and buying frequently , the waiting time becomes shorter of course.
Hope it helps

I will be travelling to Munich, & Austria in mid May, any one have intel if their stocks are good? am looking for a Lindy 30

I live in Vienna and only remember seeing (or was it actually a mention on the phone by my SA?) a Lindy one time in the last few years. Their accessories selection is a lot better than it was 2-3 years ago, but the bags on display were never really impressive to me.

Thank you for your replying.
I will ask my cousins try at Berlin stores ( I think they have 2 Hermes stores, on in Kadewe adn another on on kudamm). Which one has better chance to get ? I read some where in this forum that you can get on waiting list but you have to have Germany address. Even I ask for my cousin to get her name on waiting list, when the bag is ready... I will pay for the bag...do i still get the VAT?
Do you know about Hamburg stores?
