What does the SM with such a team ?

Actually I think, this is why they changed the whole team when they moved - including the shop manager (!) and the guard at the door (I am really sad about I liked him a lot). The only one who is still there is an elder SA and the one who was on the cashiers desk. I had high hopes coming back after they moved, but found the place colder than before and heard a lot of stores comparable with everlong's one.

Wow ! You should really try online shopping (I remember we talked about it months ago.) if you haven't yet.

Yes we talked about it but I am really unlucky when it comes to onlineshopping- whenever something pops up I really would love to have, it's gone withing minutes or: I even can't see it anymore as the link is already expired. Might be, that this is something most of us experience:( ;)

hahahaaaaa HAHAHAHAHAH And THIS, Ladies and Gentlemen is why I prefer bying a flightticket and go to the Hermés in the airport and won't bord, before I ever, ever again set one foot into that store that is literally located 5 minutes away from me - by feet. Long story short: I hate the Munich Hermès. It's the worst and believe me I gave them many many MANY shots. Never got something I really wanted, never was treated nicely, never got a nice SA, watched horrifying scenes how customers were treated (really bad treatment), had to explain what THEY sell (like in " yes, Hermès HAS that item, look it up on the website.." ... "ohhh really, they do...") saw extremely rude behaviour against their colleagues (unforgotten how I got my Kawaii bracelet,. the SAs had the poor young SA running around, grining and laughing about him, standing in a row, watching the scene like a movie, no hint, no help, I felt really repelled but I wanted that bracelet and knew that they had it in store... ) the list goes on... and on... and on. There was one SA who was really kind and sweet and knew her items, but she is gone now. Now it's a madhouse and my personal feeling is, that they do want tourists as their main clientele who buy whatever is available. Moving and chaning the whole service team except for one SA didn't help, too, things got worse.
This a million times... plus I find that the airport boutique is usually stocked quite nicely. I even take day trips to Munich without leaving the airport ;-)

hi everyone!
just wanted to know what my chances are of finding a lindy 26 preferably but maybe 30 in Berlin? i have a little purchase history but am not a regular as i only visit Berlin once a year.

i remember a few years back i saw it on display in KaDeWe but i went in yesterday and was told it’s hard to find lindy there. not sure if that’s code for you need to prespend which i’m not keen to do that much of.

I’ve only „discovered“ Hermès for me but I wanted to share my experience with my nearest Hermès store in Baden-Baden (Germany). This summer I had set my eyes on the „Le jardin de la Maharani“ design and I wanted a colourway that was no longer available online. So I phoned my nearest shop and asked them if they had it in store. They told me they had not but they would order if for me from another store.

A week later I drove to Baden-Baden and for a moment I was almost reluctant to enter the store because so far I had only ever purchased online and I was wondering how they’d treat me with no luxury bag on my arm. Even though I am rather young, only wore one of their small Gavroches and came into the store for the first time, I was greeted very kindly and asked immediately if I needed any help. I told the SA about my order and she got the scarf for me which had been delivered to Baden-Baden in due time. While I tried it on the SA started showing me every "Le jardin de la Mahrani" scarf and shawl they had in store. I tried on several colourways and it took me about 45 minutes to finally make up my mind. But all the while the SA was very helpful, patient and didn’t make me feel as if I was too slow or had to hurry up. I ended up with another colourway than the one they had ordered for me and while the SA wrapped the scarf, she asked me if she could sign me up for the Hermès customer „database“ so they could send me their magazine. And I was given a set of knotting cards and two little perfume samples of their newest fragrances. It felt like Christmas in the middle of summer!

When I left the store, I was very happy with my purchase and the experience in general. The SA had made me feel special and like a valued customer even though I was completely new to the store and my purchase didn’t break the bank either. It was a great experience and they have certainly won me as a regular new customer.

They are very nice at BAD, it's one of my main boutiques where I shop. Great and impeccable service!

Yes, they really are! While I was in there, there was another couple that was rather, well, difficult? They made the SA pull out pretty much every handbag they had in the showroom, talked about where they had bougth all the rest of her Hermès stuff - particularly her Birkins and Kellys - and in the end bought... one twilly. Of course I have no way of knowing but to me it felt like they were putting on an act. When they left the shop I caught a glimpse of the SAs looking at each other and similng discreetly which made me think they had the same impression. But all the while they had been very kind and patient. So they are definitely super professional!

hi everyone
Does anyone have contacts and good relations with SAs in the H store at Berlin, And/or Hamburg?
Is there someone who can help to find a Birkin 30 or a Kelly 25, directly to be purchased from the store?
Anyone? Do let me know. Thanks

Hi nanh, I believe as with most boutiques, it will be difficult to score a B or K upon your first visit without having an established relationship with an SA. Technically, it is supposed to be "first come, first serve", but in reality I have never heard of a walk-in client to came out with a quota bag upon their first visit. Maybe others here at TPF have different experiences, but I believe that usually customers are told that it might take at least a year to obtain one to these bags.
