I shared my experience with the Vienna H store in the SA thread. Will copy here too.

Another absolutely wonderful lady was in Vienna. She was a very young Asian lady, do not remember her name. She helped me with my purchases, and was sooooo nice and polite, and graceful, like a dancer, I enjoyed her help a lot.
There was another SA in Vienna, I did not like, I think she was Russian bcs of the accent, she had too much make up on. She was rude to me, when I asked her to help me, and just walked away from me. I was so upset, I had to leave the store... But I wanted to buy something so I came back in 2 hours and met this beautiful young Asian lady.

And also a SA in Vienna H store was very nice, and helped me lastly with some shawls and scarves I bought waiting for my flight. She was a nice lady, very knswledgable, and intuitive with my needs. Don't you just love this? When you say "I want my shawl to be ...." and she already has it for you before you finish the sentence. No idea how she does it :)

Does anyone have an update on this H store at VIE airport?
I used to shop at the H store in the "old" terminal (before the new one opened in 2012) but I looked on the H web site for store locations and this one was no longer listed.
I seard the VIE web site for shops, and no Hermes store was listed.
Has anyone been to/through the VIE recentely and would have an update on this
H store?
The staff were very nice and helpful. It was a partner store owned by Heineman, not a corporate store.
Any information would be helpful.
Danke in advance.

Any information on the remodeling job on the H store on the Graben?
It had moved in December 2012 to Tuchlauben, close to the new LV store!
Has it moved back to the Graben and has it take over the jewelry store that
was next door?
Or has it closed completely since it was a partner store and not a corporate store?
Any information/update will be helpful.
Danke

HI,

Bumping this thread up as i'm intending to fly into Germany end June.
I have a few qns if TPFers can help:
Is it the peak season for tourists?
Is scoring a K/B still easy now?
Are brighter colors possible?

Don't worry, there aren't so many tourist as in Paris.
The training answer in all German shops are: the waitling list is closed and we have no B and K!
For walk in guest I don' t think they will offer good color unless you spend on more other production

Any idea if it will be easy to score a lindy too? Thanks in adv

I feel in H, when you always buy some other production, then it is easier to talk about bags. Lindy is also limited now but much easier than B and K. I just booked pink one. BA said I can pick up in coming week but I am sure it is just in stock. Because as I said to her, she opened the book and pointed to the color immediately and ask me if 30 ok or not.

If you have time, go to Milano or Paris, very high chance.
