Boutiques in Germany/Austria

Will be visiting VIE very soon. Any chance they would offer a K to a walk-in? Or at least, a bolide? Input on recent experiences with Vienna are appreciated!
I will be in Berlin in two weeks, but only one day. There are 2 stores, KaDeWe and Kurfürstendamm. If I have time to visit only one, which one should I go to? I am mostly hunting for hard to get scarves.
They're fairly close so you could easily visit both. I would think Ku'damm will have the better selection.

Going by bus (M19 or M29) from Wittenbergplatz (on the opposite side of the main entrance of KaDeWe) to Olivaer Platz or by subway (U1) to Uhlandstrasse and walk the rest of the way will take you around 10 -15 minutes. I would definitely try to visit both, but the scarf section on Kurfürstendamm is bigger. I shop regularly in both boutiques as I live here and have always experienced nothing but great customer service. Have a great time in Berlin!
If you have time, could also try to visit köln. The people are more warm heart and open character than normal German. Directly go to the eldest lady in that shop and really show your interesting. Sometimes the magic comes
Agreed. I've only had great experiences with the service at this boutique. Although keep in mind that it's right next to Dom so there might be times that it gets packed with curious tourists.
Yes, it's walking distance, about 20 minutes. Depending on the traffic situation it will usually take around 20-25 minutes from TXL to KaDeWe I think.
I've visited the Koln store a few times and found the staff very friendly. I'm a fan of small leather goods and found their selection OK.
The Frankfurt store on Goethestrasse is an exceptional store in my opinion, if only for their selection. Its a large store that gets a lot of high end clientele buying bags, and I'd think the chance of landing a B/K might be better there than most stores.

Thanks for your answers. I visisted Ku'damm first, where I experienced the best service ever. They had more items from my wishlist than I could pay for. Very good selection of scarves, I bought two in CWs I thought I could not get anymore.
AND: since I came from a camping site and it was searing hot outside I was dressed very casual, but I did not feel judged for a second.
At KaDeWe I was just walking by, I felt no need for more H that day...
