bTW there's a Root I'm beautiful midi on Bonanza if anyone's interested? I love this leather but even in the midi size wondering if it'd b too big for me. . ??? Someone please buy it before I cave in

My first bespoke was IB midi and I wanted it for a laptop bag. When I put my laptop in though the bag fell over because the compartment was to one side as opposed to the middle. Marco was a star and offered to take it back and make it stiffer but I decided to give it to my ex SIL. She used it as a handbag and when I saw her wearing it like that I was so envious lol. I never thought of it and it looked fabulous all slouchy.

Well there are still a few beauties left on the BE site. I am tempted, but haven't gotten anything except my gorgeous Love Me Midi. It's so beautiful!

Anyone else sorting things out or ordering?

I can see that you really love your bag. Sadly I had to return my satchel because the bit that holds the strap was wonky and I didn't like it. In fact the pouch on my Madrid is wonky too. Unless it's my eyes.... [emoji12]

Yes I really do love my BE bag. I love how and where it was made. I also love how it looks, smells, and feels. So yea I am really digging this bag!

I am thinking of getting one more and just can't decide which one.

My hand bag collection is very low right now, so I can get another bag of some kind.

I have a Bottega cervo hobo, a Balenciaga (old school 2006) City bag, and a Lanvin satchel. In addition a Coach bag and a BE Surprise Me small messenger style.

I also posted in the Micheal Kors forum to try and decide if I want a Miranda Large Satchel. I had one before and didn't think I'd like it and returned it (too quickly I think). Wish I would have tried it out, as I like big bags. There are a few on sale now at department stores.

It's fun to daydream about what I want to get............

Sorry to hear that. I'm assuming you will get a refund as its a workmanship issue even tho it's a sale bag??

I'm impatiently waiting for my Paris Tote in choc veg tanned. Remembered when my Covet Me arrived why I - in part _ stopped ordering direct from BE as oppose to evil bay.. The damn postage thing, so my CM arrived via courier, which was great but luckily it was a day I could wait in till 10 when the courier arrived. Since my DH has started working in London 3 days per week I find I'm busier an ever and although I don't work I volunteer for a couple of local charities and still have to run errands/go to gym/do shopping etc. so basically it's not convenient to wait in for a parcel. I emailed BE asking if I could get my Paris bag sent Royal Mail instead and was told because it was over 2kg it had to go by courier. I questioned this ( because I had sent eBay stuff I we 2kg by Royal Mail next day) and BE said it wasn't possible. So in the end I emailed Jackie, who emails Janelle, who I then email to say I will pay the £17.60 extra to get my bag sent by Royal Mail, as orherwise it's an hour round trip to get it from the courier firm nearby if I'm out plus petrol costs etc. so Jackie did say it had been agreed and would be sent out via RM.... But this has taken 3 days of emails so far and my question is why didn't they offer the Royal Mail option as well if it's possible and people don't mind paying extra for the convenience. I'm not having a go at Jackie, as she was really helpful. But I just get the impression if I hadn't known what I was asking for I would have been told " no we can't do that". So sorry to rant on but it just struck me that it could have been a lot easier process.....

Ooh nice collection, I loved the older Bal bags in chèvre and the BE Cervo too... Loved my BV Aquilone too in black lamb skin ( why did I sell it, boo hoo.)

I quite like some of the Marc Jabobs bags for mid price and Rebecca Minkoff. And like the style of e vintage YSL Mombassas with the buffalo leather... Which BEs do you have yiu eye on on the website?

You seem to have quite a varied collection nevertheless. Have you looked at Massaccesi's new Angel and Soulmate bags, they are big bags and really nice. Fantastic price too!! And the QC is top notch.

Yes Janelle very quickly offered to take it bag but I nearly ended paying the postage. I was going to maybe order another Madrid but something else came up and I dirtied my vermilion chèvre in a day, so I cancelled it. They still dispatched it though and it was easier to refuse delivery than to try and return it. I think maybe because it's closing down, contact between all the parties is not as it once was. It is annoying when parcel deliveries cause you to sit in all day. Especially when they then don't arrive at all.

I always receive by UPS when BE sends me bags so I signed up for that "My UPS" and I now get a 4 hour delivery slot and updates. No good for you now obviously :D

Actually one of the things I hate about online ordering is when you pay for delivery but do not get a free return. These companies have accounts and can send for a fraction of the cost that we can. It costs £30 minimum to send a normal size BE handbag back, including the insurance, in it's original box. So that's £50 wasted if you don't like the bag.

So you did you get your RM delivery in the end?
