Bag Limits at Different Boutiques

It's my understanding that h.com is not connected with the computers at the stores. Although I have learned with H is that someone will tell me one thing and then someone else will tell me something completely different.

They are only concerned about birkin and kelly purchases. You can buy as much of whatever you want of any items. Except birkins and kellys. Which is one bag every six months.

Heck, I would be lucky to get 1 every 4 yrs. I just don't see why you have to spend south there just to be offered a Birkin!
I have bought an H bracelet and two other bags, and I'm still waiting then I speak to ck up ony status and they tell me I still have to physically come into their store to purchase a Birkin. The Birkin store where my SA is located at is in Atlanta and I'm in Texas, so I won't be able to just get in a car and drive there! Apparently, this is a new policy!

Yes, that is their new policy. I called and tried to order a belt over the phone last week, and they can't do it anymore. You have to be physically in the store to buy. My SA told me this policy is only applicable to leather goods.

I was in one of the Las Vegas shops last week, saw a few things and in a moment of weakness called once I got home to purchase . They refused! According to a new policy they won't take an order by phone for anything from the leather department. In other words, you have to be in the store to buy and nothing can be shipped to another city or state unless the request is made at the point of purchase. Apparently they're trying to maintain inventory for local customers. Unfortunately my store in is patronized by so many tourists, there's nothing for us locals to buy.

I believe that's part of the policy changes that went into effect in February.

So I heard just now that the bag limit, which was one a year which went to one every 6 months, is now back at one a year (in the US). Can someone confirm with their SA??? Surely this cannot be true. Thank you!!

I made also an experience of limitation but it was with belts at H.com

I bought 2 belts in 2012. As I order an other belt a few weeks ago I got a call from Paris that they have to cancel my order because I already bought 2 belts in 2012. So I can´t get anymore in 2012...... They canceled my order an put the belt again on sale!

But via Internet it´s no problem because - I opened a new account with a different name and with a new email address and an other post address ... and here we go I got my belt!

The lady on the phone explained me that all orders from Europe by internet delivered via Paris. I think this is the reason that the stock via internet in all european country´s is the same. (Check the stock at H.com in the different countries and you´ll see)

What I mean is, why would Paris cancel your order when you bought 2 belts in your home country?

According to my SAs at diff locations, it's 1 every 6 months .
