I also believe the 17 yr old would have to pay...use a cc in his name or cash, etc. I don't think you can use your cc. Someone jump in if i'm wrong here....

My boutique uses name on the CC... And I don't think my boutique in US will just release the B/K to anyone that you brought in to make purchase under that person's name without any history...Because all K/B is being "offered", isn't it?

Hi, do you know how the 6 months is calculated? is it from the day you made the purchase, or from a certain period of time? for example, if you purchase a b/k on 1/1, then the next date you can purchase another one would be on the first of June? or is it from Jan to Jun, then July to Dec? really want to know the answer. TIA.

My boutique in US goes by Jan - June, then July - Dec. My first and send only 4~5 month apart... ;). Good luck. 🎄🎉

I agree, my DH needed special approval and me being an established/known client for him to purchase my B35. It was meant to be his anniversary gift to me, but technically, it was offered to me. The B35 still counted against my quota for the year.

Hi lovely tpfers

I am just wondering if it is true that you will only be offered once a year and if you don't take what they offer, then you can't be offered until the following year? Is it possible to be offered more than once a year? Share your experiences please :)

Yes you can definitely be offered more than once a year. Though I did hear there’s a quota of once per semester or every six months so technically if the SA enforces that then it’s two max buys per 12 month period. Otherwise I suppose you can get offered as many times as your SA gets approval for...

Barring special circumstances, you are only allowed to purchase one B or K per quota season (Jan-Jun, Jul-Dec). However, you can be offered a limitless number of times until you accept one of the offers a purchase a B or a K. Most US stores don't count C as a quota bag yet.

I've been offered multiple B / K in a semester, but only up to the point when I accept the one that I have offered. Then, I'm considered 'done' for the semester and won't be offered again until the start of the next semester. The semester runs Jan 1 - Jun 30, and Jul 1 - Dec 31. Unfortunately for me, I accepted the first offer this semester very early on (in mid Jan) so... July 1 can't come soon enough.

I echo other tpf’ers. It’s one B or K “purchase” per semester. Ideally if you are specific with your SA about what quota bag you want, there shouldn’t /wouldn’t be a need to decline offers. I’ve only had to decline non- quota bags. I don’t know which is worse though - getting your bag earlier in the semsyupr later? I got my quota bag yesterday and although I need time on Ban Island to calm down and reset, I’m already wondering what the 2nd semester has to bear for me and what should my 2nd semester non-quota bag wish list should look like. Oh what a slippery slope, Hermes you are. :annoyed:
