I don't like to buy/borrow used bags cause I don't know what people might have done with it and so on before I got it.

I borrowed the coco cabas from them before i bought it to make sure i liked it. It was a good experience. I am now on a waiting list for the large diamond stitch tote.
Authentic but RIDICULOUS. I got curious about the site after some tPF'ers got some good deals on purchasing the outlet bags. To borrow one of the bags I currently own, they want something insane like $700/MONTH. The "cheaper" end for Chanel was around $400/month if I'm not mistaken. I'd much rather save that kind of money and buy my own. Not worth it.

^I don't think that they "lease" bags out like that. The only way to buy a bag from them is to catch it up for sale in the outlet. 
Otherwise, you'd be paying the really high price to rent it and you'll have to send it back.
The only complaints I've heard about the outlet on Bag, Borrow, or Steal is that sometimes they forget to include the authenticity cards and booklets. I remember one TPF'er bought something from them and they forgot the authenticity card and they said they would have to look for it.
At that steep of a discount, I don't think I'd care as much about the authenticity card because I don't resell my bags. If it's something that would bother you, I'd call them first to make sure they have the authenticity card (that matches # on hologram sticker), dust bag, and care booklets for the bag you're interested in buying.
