no... and I don't think I would try either. You don't know what others do to these bags, especially since they know that they're not "theirs" they won't take care of them very well.
Eg. I don't take care of a few of my own LV bags, I take them into my anatomy locker and stuff them there along with other things that have most likely been in contact with DEAD PEOPLE JUICE! That's also one of the reasons I don't do ebay either, cuz again, you don't know what these bags have been through!

I totally agree with you guys. It's so expensive, it's not worth it IMO. I would rather save the money to buy a gorgeous bag that is mine. And you don't know what the bag has been through. People really don't take care of things that they don't own.
I do think it's a good idea to rent a bag for a really special occassion though. Like when it's a really exclusive event and you want to show of a gorgeous trendy bag that you'd never use a second time. But other then some one time occasion, I would never consider renting.

OMG, what a thought !!

I rented a cabas mezzo so I could really try the size out on a business trip, to see if it was the perfect bag for me before I purchased one. The bag came to all all squashed in a box too small for it. The sides very very wrinkled, it looked horrible, though perfectly clean, like new. I called BBS, they said to return it for credit, which I could not due for lack of time. I managed to get some of the wrinkles out after lots of work stuffing it with towels, and using a hair dryer on low. Used the bag for my trip, and when I got home sent it right back. They gave me full credit for the five days I had it, which I thought was okay. Never borrowed another after that experience!

i think it's too expensive for what it is. there's another business doing a similar thing, but it is much cheaper (doesn't charge shipping or monthly membership fees, so you can go for months w/o paying anything, if u don't rent something). i think its call from bags to riches. you only pay per bag u rent. for reference, "borrowing" a mono speedy 30 for a month is $140. but yeah, the whole idea of "renting" a bag is a bit sketchy..i mean what if u accidently damage a bag? and the fact that it's been used before by someone else..it's not going to be brand new, so doesn't seem worth it to me. i'm curious if anybody had tried this....
