Anyone been to cuffs in cleveland, OH area (H boutique)?

Not entirely impossible. I got my wife's black Sellier Kelly by walking in at Cuffs. But I guess I was lucky.

You're indeed lucky. I've been shopping with them for over a year via phone and have not been offered anything. Have you been shopping with them for a while ?

Does anyone have any pic.s of the Hermes boutique inside Cuffs?

I dont have any pictures but it is tiny, really just a very small room but they have lots of scarves and for such a small place quite a selection, especially after you get to talking to them.

Love love Cuff's. May be small but packs a big punch. All you have to do is ask, they have much more than is out on shelves.
Rodger is the owner's son who attends all the podiums.
He is a walking H encyclopedia, even more than many SA's I've run into in France.

Can anyone confirm if Cuff does phone orders? If I live outside of OH, do they ship and do I have to pay sales tax? Looks like they have great customer service. I am a bit H boutique shy.....

This store must be a franchise.... There's a thread on franchise v. Hermes owned, and sometimes it's difficult to discern which is what without asking a SA . However, this has got to be one - though w a different store front?

Don't be shy about walking into a H boutique! Agreed that certain boutiques appear more intimidating than others (even though they look the same), don't be afraid to go in and browse/buy.

With regards to Cuffs, have no idea. TPF says good service but Yelp doesn't. I'm interested too....though, I'm trying to build up a relationship with my local H shop so buying anywhere else doesn't help my cause!

They do ship via phone orders.

Correct, they are "privately owned", not a corporate controlled.

I'm a newbie to H too. My first and only purchase to date is the GP. The SA who helped me took down my wish list so hoping he was being genuine. I'm probably going to buy a bracelet and possibly a wallet at some point in the future but not much more. I would like to try building a relationship with my local shop to get a B or K but not at the expense of buying goods that I'm not really that interested in or won't wear, just to keep a relationship going.

That said, Hoping to get lucky when we go to the Caribbean and London in a couple months, or Paris next year!

I want brighter color (although I love garden party in etope). Probably blue sapphire or so,sthing slightly brighter like sky blue or hydra blue.


Does Hermes have the concept of cruise colors as well? I have seen some colors all year round but again I know Halzan is just released for fall so wonder when and if there will be new colors available

Very beautiful color! Phone your store, and Cuffs, and see if they have it in stock. If they don't, I'd keep calling every week. I've been told, SAs don't really know what's in a shipment - it kind of just arrives. Though boutiques I don't think can do phone orders.

It doesn't sound to me they do one season only colors like Chanel. But others with more expertise should be able to opine with better guidance.
