I just moved to Chagrin Falls, they have a huge leather good selectionJust wondering how big they could be if they are an independent boutique.
OMG ! No wonder I haven't heard from her. She is wonderful and worked hard but I can see that that store is struggling a bit given that the silk business has come down. I hope that store continues to carry H items. She decided not to be in retail any longer.
What other leather's did you see? I had an unhappy experience there and I am reluctant to go back. Any idea who took over from Sharon?I just moved to Chagrin Falls, they have a huge leather good selection
There is a nice young lady, she gave me her card, Ebonie. She seems very knowledgeable about their inventory. There are a ton of bags and bracelets, huge selection !What other leather's did you see? I had an unhappy experience there and I am reluctant to go back. Any idea who took over from Sharon?
I just made my first trip there. That mini blue halzan was absolutely adorable!!A small Picotin in Feu, a few Evelynes, an adorable blue mini-Halzan, a gorgeous brown swift Massai Cut are what I recall in terms of bags. Oodles of bracelets, some interesting nice wallets.
Staff wise, the young lady was only in her second day there last week and admitted to not knowing much when I asked about things...in training, I would say. A middle-aged woman, didn't get her name, helped out in the H department and was very knowledgeable.
Any updates on what's there? Hubby and I would LOVE to get a B30 there for my 35th birthday. I have purchase history from San Fran and Houston, but since this is a privately owned store, not sure if that'll help.
Anyone ever purchased a B there?
Interesting, I didn't know there was an Hermes in Ohio! I thought they were only in major cities.
