Called San Fran store the other day and SA took down notes for colors I want for Halzan. She said they only got 1 so far in gold and was on hold!

Bumping this because I am a Hermes newbie and have a question for everyone. I don't live too far from Chagrin Falls and my DH said he would take me to Cuffs to get my first Hermes piece. Do you know if they sell the Clic H bracelets? It's been a dream of mine to own one and I have no idea where any other Hermes boutique is located. Thanks for you help!
They definitely have clic clac bracelets. Call them to see which colors/sizes they have
I LOVE that little store. They are so well regarded that H came to the Cleveland Museum of Art a couple years ago to demonstrate silk screening of scarves.

According to Pierre-Alexis Dumas, the artistic director of Hermes International and the great-great-great grandson of Hermes founder Thierry Hermes, the visit stems from a long-time friendship he has with Cuffs owner Rodger Kowall. Dumas' mother, Rena Dumas, designed Cuffs' interior as well as the interiors of all Hermes' stores.
Cuffs is the only Hermes boutique between New York and Chicago. Dumas said that if Kowall created an event celebrating the Hermes culture, that he would come to Cleveland.

I agree. This store has a bunch of hidden gems! Definitely worth the trip. Plus Chagrin Falls is the most adorable little town!
What's fascinating about Cuffs is they never fail to come up with Hermes pieces you never thought you'd find... jewelry, silks, cashmeres, SLGs, etc., from past years - all new of course. Rodger, Nadia, Sharon are delightful to have conversations with and are beyond helpful. Of course, their inventory of the current season is awesome as well.
My old home town! I love that store. They are lovely and tend to have some real stunner pieces. I got a Kelly wallet there in a color that if had been looking for forever! I will say that if you come in with existing H items on or are a wine customer, they are extra accommodating! Of all the H stores this is my hubs fav due to their amazing wine collection and the ambiance. They've even offered to open us a special bottle.
I was planning a trip to Cuffs today since the snow has stopped for a couple of days. Has anyone been there recently? If so can you share what you saw? any Jypsier's?
I went to Cuffs today, and for those of you who go to this location, a sad word = Sharon , has left Cuffs.
