UPDATE! I've heard back from my buyer and she requested a full refund, which of course I sent immediately.
She didn't believe that "one person on one forum" was enough of a verification of authenticity.
Oh, well :-) No harm done, just a huge waste of time.
I appreciate all of your help! I haven't posted much in the past, but I am on here fairly often (I hate the name I picked). I think I'll start posting more often. Have a great evening!

Good grief! Your buyer also posted on the ebay purse board and was told there too that the bag is authentic. It looks like she self-reported her post so it has been removed.

She's wrong and will find herself having trouble buying from Coach sellers! I've added your buyer to my BBL and other Coach sellers will probably do the same.

In the future, if you ever agree to a refund, don't refund until after you've received the bag back.

I'm sorry you got a buyer who doesn't know Coach. She got a fantastic deal and when you resell it, you can hopefully get more money for it.

BTW: If she thought the bag was fake, why did she leave positive feedback 2 days ago? My guess is buyer's remorse.

Thanks for the kind words! I'll remember your advice about refunding. The thing is, I would have understood her concern if it had been an older, less-recognizable purse. I thought, "she's new and she's afraid...she's probably heard a lot of horror stories about fake bags," so I did all I could to reassure her and then I sent her hand sanitizer and an older wristlet as a kind of "welcome to the addiction of Coach." I about fell over when she asked about the authenticity of the wristlet because she couldn't find another one on ebay. I'm still laughing about that. Seriously, I have no issues with her. I am just glad it doesn't happen more often.

I could understand if she was new, but with nearly 700 feedbacks and a member since 1999, this is not a newbie. In fact, she has also 282 feedback as a seller dating back to 2001. This is NOT a newbie!

Yeah, I think you were right about the buyer's remorse. I received the purse and freebie wristlet back today (though no hand sanitizer, LOL).

Hello and I hope I am in the right place.
I need to authenticate this coach "feedbag bucket"
note I see there is no dash in the creed so I became suspect of
its authenticity. picked up at an estate sale last weekend
it is about 15" high & the round bottom gusset is 9" diameter
