I think small or toy will work for your height. Personally I prefer the small to the toy because I like to be able to carry more stuff but I know some people prefer smaller bags.

A newer model seem to be coming out with straps like the small so you don't have to knot it--there was a post about it semi recently ... see below. I have not seen the toy/small-in-between with these straps in real life though.

Also, if you like dark beige there is another similar beige that you might want to check out in case you have a preference. I think the other color is called dusty grey or dusty beige. It is slightly darker than the dark beige. Somebody posted pics I want to say in October of last year around price increase time.

Wow you are so right, I checked out the YSL website and found the bag you’re referring to! Although I only see it available in black.

Thank you for your input! I also love that the YSL logo and chains are bigger on the small size too.

I bought the toy puffer with the 4 grommets / double strap option today at a YSL store in Germany. Online, the German YSL page currently only shows the black with gold hardware and a pink satin version. In store they had the bag in dark beige (the one I picked), green velour, white, black with golden hardware and black with black hardware (also loved it but was scared of the hardware chipping). The sales associate told me that they had to send all the models with the "old", single strap back to the YSL headquarters and hence they don't have them in store any longer.

Congrats on your coming bag! I do not have that color combo but the puffer bag itself is great! Very light and comfortable, fits a lot, convenient to be able to shift between shoulder to crossbody. The red will be a nice pop of color if you like red. I wouldn't be surprised if you love the bag so much that you want another one in a different color as well because that's happened to several people on this thread.

Starting to have second thoughts about the red but will see when it arrives. Was lured in by the reduced price but would be an expensive mistake if I don’t use it much because of the colour xx

Unfortunately the red puffer bag will be heading back to Flannels. I collected it in store this evening and opened the box in store and the base is marked in several places. It was obviously the last one and been a return or a display piece. Even reduced it is an expensive bag so I will return it . Will need to phone customer services tomorrow as you can’t return on line orders in store which is a bit of a pain ! IMG_4029.jpegIMG_4031.jpeg

Oh no! That happened to me but I got a good enough deal and the scratches were not noticeable so I was ok with it. Unfortunately it seems to happen fairly bit when you don't have the opportunity to buy in person and it's not like a brand new release from a designer.

On the camera I like the leather strap more than a chain (which comes with the mini camera) but I think it depends on personal preferences and where you mainly use the bag.
Maybe that’s why I wouldn’t sell neither my camera nor the puffer.

Keep in mind that the chain on the toy puffer can’t be doubled. I have bought a clasp so I can shorten the chain for wearing it as a shoulder bag.

Hi! I’m interested in adding another YSL to my collection and am wondering how the black hardware has held up for you on the small puffer? This bag is currently at the top of my wishlist but the chance for hardware chipping is freaking me out a little. Thanks!

No chipping on my Puffer so far.
So to say, I have a little bit of chipping on my black Niki but I have worn this to death before the pandemic started and it is only noticeable if you know where to look at.

I'm considering selling my 2 grommet toy puffer because I like the idea of 4 grommets/adjustability. Unfortunately, I will probably take a loss on this. How are you liking the adjustable version? Does it look nice when adjusted for the doublestrap?
