I have a D-bag similar to snowhitecandy's D-bag in blue above. My SA called it a D-bag and I purchased it in November 2008. I so love the outside stitching, similar to the ebay post by mariemartialis.

Have not seen the blue one IRL but I have seen the Orange. The Orange is a Bauletto, the blue looks like a 'rounded' d-bag. I would go by the website name. The blue bag may be F/W09 not on the website yet.

Saw it at the boutique in NYC, I believe they are all gone. I'm sure the outlet will have them in Spring 2010.

Question for Snoopylaughs or anyone else familiar with the bag below...does the piccalo size come with a longer strap option? I ordered the military green color off NM's site and it didn't come with one. I don't live anywhere near a store that carries Tod's so I called the boutique in Vegas to pose this question - they said it did but when I called NM they said only the smaller size came with a strap (wouldn't that be the piccalo size?). If it doesn't come with the strap, what is the point of the D rings on either end? Regardless, I still love the bag.

Thanks sdkitty! I actually copied and pasted those photos from snoopylaughs earlier post - mine is the military green color. I'll try to post pictures of it in the next day or so - I absolutely love it.

^^sand, I don't have an answer to your question about the shoulder strap; wish I could help. But I can say I've seen this bag in military green in the boutique, and it is stunning! Of course, the shape of the bag is quite classic. The military green is also a very classic look––so this is one classic bag!! (It's truly one of those bags I like better each time I see it.) Enjoy this beautiful bag––and please post a few photos when you receive her.

Modeling pics? But the style of the Miky Nomade is known for years. There's no necessity for modeling pics with such an old style.

But because I'm so delighted at my first Tod's, it was a real pleasure for me to take some modeling pics.

I have never written on this forum as rarely use it but just to let you know the medium (you have), large and extra large Helmet Zip didn't come with with straps. They do have rings on each side, you are right. I have the large one in dark chocolate and no strap. There is also one extra large size which is a travel type bag, too huge for daily use. My one is one size bigger than your one, no strap. Then there is one size smaller than your one, which also has no straps and you can't carry over your shoulder like a hobo, you carry it more in your hands. Then there is the smallest size which I also have it is like a clutch, which does have the strap so you can wear it over your shoulder but it is a long strap or you can remove the strap and carry like a clutch, my one is the bright purple one in that. I was rather conservative to buy the large one in the purple, hence got the smallest one in purple. They are all stunning bags. Enjoy!

Up to your post last year in March I was confused why there are these D rings on either side of the bag.

Since I saw the Luce one of snoopylaughs, I was eyeing for this style. I found this blue one that I wear now with sporty jeans/denim outfits. I believe all those zippers have led me into temptation.

What I really like is the depth of TOD'S bags. This depth on most of their styles makes a bag so very roomy even if it's only a medium or small size.

Indeed, the smell is extraordinarily. This also applies to my Miky Nomade. Your bag has an interesting form/shape. And what I really like is the thick yarn on your seams of your Miky Easy. Enjoy your bag!
