Scarves Your Grail Scarf

I attached pics of my navy France. One of my favorite of the nautical scarves, the wood detailing is superb and the color contrast - navy - yellow - brown - makes all the details pop on the navy field. You definitely see each of the hree colors, and the wood graining on the brown is very well done

It came in 4 cws :black, navy, a wine red and a vert amande - a very Hermes like shade of olive green - think dark green Spanish olives.

PS Forgot to say .. one of the few scarves with the date on it, It is on the screw, above the title (bottom center).

It is not Hermes, scarf1. In one of our quests for the ever elusive QM2 scarves, the scarf popped up. We, bought it and is part of our nautical history.

Very pretty!! I stay away from chiffon, having facial hair and all LOL, but this is a great design!

I have a number of hs in that quirky vert amande, it is actually is easy to wear , an adult ( as in pink is for kids ... ) shade for the discerning eye

Good color with light blue, I'd think, or even royal blue. marietouchet, as along as my skin does not turn vert amande, I should be in luck. LOL

So, my treasured squares remain in their boxes stacked and stored with copious information about each along with a photo. I tend not to wear them, I mean, who has enough time. I do have a lovely collection.

All of our grails are different. Which is a good thing. I have a dislike of C'est le Fete, although the artistic detail is exquisite. I just don't love the subject matter. This is how Hermes (and *bay) stay in business.

Sorry to have ranted on and on. It's getting late and this old bag lady needs to go get ready for bed.

Meh, me neither. I recognize its beauty and fell for the hype for a little while, but quickly got over it. Especially when I saw the prices. Different strokes.
