Yes the handle and shoulder strap was melted completely!! Rest of the bag was in perfect condition. I was really really impressed by LV SA who handled my case! He immediately wrote down the credit note and no questions asked. Luckily I had the receipt and the dust bag.
Thank you for your fast reply. Mine has two or three small dents. I don't know if they will fix it for free. If I have to pay for them I will not fix them as you can barely see them. I saw them under close inspection. Only one is noticeable. The rest of the bag is also in mint condition as it was used very few times and Thank God I also have the receipt and dustbag but my SA told me they are not needed as my purchase is in their system. I keep my fingers crossed.
Monogram cosmetic case & monogram cles. I gave the cles to my mother, but I never use the cosmetic case
Yes, agree. I never thought I'd say this but the cosmetic pouch PM was a bit of a waste for me. I love it - as an article of beauty - but I just don't need all that space for cosmetics. My entire collection is 3 lipsticks; eyeshadow; blush; eyebrow pencil; eyeliner; lipliner and they just bounce around in its space. I don't need to carry all that around with me every day - I just carry a lipstick and lip pencil. So that small collection just sits in the bottom of the cosmetic pm at home! And even the PM size is too big to carry around I think. I use a small nylon Prada pouch and love it!

Oh, you should use it! It's lovely and I used mine all through a summer in Toronto and a summer in South Africa. I did have to steel myself to put my coins in one side of it but I'm glad I did as nothing bad happened. It didn't get dirty! Use it! It screams summer

Yes & selling it seems like such a hassle. I have about the same amount of makeup as you. I use my mini pochettes daily & only carry a bite lipgloss. I have since bought a Gucci soho cosmetics pouch, but I'll check out the Prada one too[emoji4]
Oh yes DO check out the Prada nylon pouch. I think you'll love it. They are smallish, squishy and sturdy. And hold a lot of stuff (lipstick, hand mirror, pills, plasters, floss, earplugs!). I bought one in black and loved it so much I bought another one.
I'm regretting my DE Alma PM. I loved it because of how classic it is without really planning if it would suit my lifestyle. I only carry shoulder or crossbody bags, and, despite trying to tell myself that using it as a shoulder bag with the Speedy B DE strap looks fine, I'm just not convinced My second regret is the GM cosmetic pouch. I was at a point where I felt awkward buying mono items, so I limited myself to only DE. Alas, the shape wastes a lot of space, and it takes up so much room in my bags. I finally learned to embrace mono and now have a mono toiletry bag 19 that's perfect.
If you're looking for inserts, Filofax.com sells calendars, notepads, etc that fit both PM and MM sized agendas. Just look for "pocket size" for PM ("personal" fits MM). Relatively inexpensive too. Hope that helps!
Do you have pictures of the melting? I ask because I've heard it mentioned a lot on TPF but have never seen it and wouldn't know what to look for. Thanks so much.
