What’s your unpopular Hermes opinion?

UO: WHY are the necklines on the knitwear so high?! My broad shoulders and short neck refuse to cooperate with any of the sweaters :(
Amen. Those of us big of boob suffer with high necklines (and I feel strangled to boot).

Can we add the super high waists on the pants? I may have mentioned this before but I'm also short torsoed so the long rises give me massive crotch droop. Ugh.

yes so all of you people who cannot pull off your 90 scarf - send it to me!!! :giggle:
Or me!!!

I suppose my opinion may not be unpopular given the opinion shared by @atnur...I think ANYONE can pull off a 90 but you have to 'own' it. Given how many 90s I have, it would be unfortunate (and a huge waste of 💰💰💰) if I didn't wear them

These oversized shirt dresses are hideous and unflattering. This one especially. Looks like she’s about to head to bed wearing dh’s/bf’s very oversized tee as a pj top. Even the model is making an unimpressed face.

I am guilty of buying a tee-shirt dress from H (Bolduc en Square). Let's just say it looked good from a distance. The one above is what one sleeps in when you know your partner's safely away for work, so you can binge-watch your guilty pleasure, trash boxed-set series and chuck popcorn down your throat. Dreadful.

I had to google it too!
unpopular opinion coming up..
I'm all for adorning ones Birkin the way Jane did but I still cant with Hermes bag charms..
I do love some of them (The Budy and some of the Petit H ones) But I would'nt personally hang any on my bag.
I DO however love Hello Kitty and used to hang Hello Kitty charms off my bag or coat buttons in my early/mid 20's( Harajuku Girl style) when I lived in Tokyo for a spell.. that was in the 80's and I'm ashamed to admit a part of me is sooooooo tempted to hang a Hello Kitty or Miffy off an H bag cos I think they're both design icons in a way a Rodeo just is'nt Sorry/not sorry
I agree, her bags were cool but I would never hang ANYTHING from my H bags or any other bag for that matter!! As for Hello Kitty, I have to disagree with you, I HATE it in any shape or form...sorry, nothing personal:hugs:

UO: the least expensive (and most popular) RTW pieces, like T shirts, and the most expensive ones, ranging from twillanes to high end runway pieces, are the worst buys from a quality and cost per wear POV. If the more prosaic tailored pants and jackets fit your build, they can be quiet yet complimentary workhorses.

Cashmere coats, while very popular, pill. Or perhaps I’ve just had bad luck with mine
